"We have been coming to Blackpool for many years but this is one of the best we have stayed in so far."

"This was a fab place to stay for a visit in Blackpool, family friendly with private pool hire!! We hired the pool for an hour and was a hit for my children ages 1 and 3 but it was fab for all ages!! The games room was a nice touch but would say it's more for older children and adults, fab view and over all a great experience. The staff were all amazing and very accommodating thank you so much for such a great experience!!! I would definitely recommend this place I'll also add it's amazing value for money. Only down side is the lift was waiting for repair and there's quite a few stairs but what can you do. Amazing value for money!"

"Lovely welcoming hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and he was made as welcome as we were which was great. Nice room which was spotlessly clean. Food at the hotel was lovely and there was ample choice. Only one problem that we came across was that we were staying in room 10 and we had trouble on several occasions on getting the door to unlock to get in our room and staff seemed to be aware of the problem. I therefore think that the problem should surely need some attention so that others don’t have this experience rather than ignoring it."

"Amazing place to stay for family. Gym, pool and sports side were perfect. Got conflicting information from reception staff and leisure staff on timings of swimming and gym so walk down first and ask to make sure. Room with two double beds was good with plenty of space. Nice and quiet area to relax. Breakfast was good, lots of choices on offer. Food was abit pricey for whole family to eat so we had to go down the road two minutes to local pub which was good for families. Check out was easy. No goodbye and thank-you for staying from both reception staff considering they were both doing nothing at the time. Small things go along way if you want people to return. But one member of leisure club was amazing to us, wishing my son happy birthday, he was well chuffed so thank-you. Overall we were all happy with the stay and the price was excellent. "
