"I stayed one night at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, especially the waiting staff in the breakfast area who were very attentive. The room was massive with a lovely view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bus service was also very convenient and well-organized.
The only downside was the lack of a lift. With a large piece of luggage, I had to carry it upstairs, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was very nice and I truly enjoyed my stay.

My visit was part of an extended business trip and the stay was a welcome R&R stop.
Didn't get chance to use all the facilities on offer, but the restaurant provided a relaxing, enjoyable hour or so to unwind.
