"The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was easy to use. The staff were very friendly."

"I submitted a complaint on Thursday regarding my stay on Wedn 13th May, no reply as yet. Stayed 3 times so far & had to be moved 3 times. 1st time wind blowing through the old window's. 2nd time no privacy curtain in bathroom, there was a rail for 1. Wedn took the biscuit though. Won't go into it until I receive a reply, suffice to say the room was VERY shabby. No TV & no heat."

"Really clean modern hotel right next to a multi-storey car park that only costs £5 for 24 hours. The rooms are great with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom."

"All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They ensured that we had a room near the lift and with a walk in shower as we requested. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. There was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. The hotel is in a lovely Victorian building and very convenient for exploring Bradford city centre."

"Only used for a short stay before flying from Leeds Bradford. It was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was fine. Otherwise we only had 1 drink in the bar before an early night.it was quiet and warm. Building looked a bit sad."

"Staff were amazing. More warnings should be provided on the availability of the pool (as there are so many children’s lessons). Very hot and an ambient stale smell in common areas. Felt a bit like a care home for walkers. Breakfast was good. "
