"I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton . It was indeed a great experience! Marcella’s hospitality was top notch . She made us feel at home . She ensured that we were we happy during our stay Another staff called Fatima was extremely pleasant and hospitable. She was happy to help whenever we needed it. However, a particular female staff was somewhat rude and dismissive. Overall , it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to staying in this hotel in future."

"We booked the rooms to be close to the hopsital. Perfect location for visiting family Confy beds, Just not enough towels in the family room, Had to get a extra towel out of a relatives room Other than that, it was a comfortable stay"

"We have been to this hotel many times in the last 4 years, due to daughter being at Uni. This stay was no exception to our previous stays. Friendly reception team, lovely clean room. Great stay etc. Only difference this time was the breakfast had a much more limited variety compared to normal. But that didnt ditract from our lovely stay. Thank you for 4 years of hosting us."
