Hotel is clean and good location but far away to be a 5 start hotel the services is not near the higher standards I asked for some options before I arrived to the hotel with months in advance and they ignore my messages and did not answer I think there is a lack of customer services to be considered 5 start hotel the staff is also unfriendly and in the dining room they are so unhelpful they did not even remove plates or tell you where are the drinks I mean in general the customer services is so poor and the animation poor and repetitive, there are lots of hotels in Antalya that will beat this hotel I will not come back

Pros: Very clean pools and inside of buildings, very reasonable pricing, most staff were nice, good to very nice nightly shows, routine shuttles to and from the beach (seel cons as well), rather good gym and nice equipment (see cons as well), daycare staff were super nice (see cons). Cons: Food was mostly disappointing(you could usually find an item or two that you'd want to eat but nothing to ever get excited about), wifi was poor, even though shuttle to/from the beach was nice but it also stranded a whole bunch of people on the last pick up for the day from the beach (including a family with 2 young kids and another family with a kid in stroller) without the hotel taking responsibility or even blinking an eye, staff mostly did not speak or understand English beyond the basic greetings (to the point that even ordering omletes in the morning was challenging at times), even though the gym was nice but the attendant who always worked out there too was always on the phone speaking which was extremely annoying and distracting, the staff working at the kids centre even though super nice were always on their phones (even when they invited our kids inside to play with), the guy working at the spa seemed to be on commission always trying to get someone booked in for massage so even picking towels from spa was not comfortable, the buffet restaurant had very limited opening window with very poor attendance (good cleanup though) Bottom line: ok for the $ but don't expect services.

Hotel massificato e massificante. Vecchio, servizio inadeguato, struttura non pessima ma tenuta e manutena su livelli non certo da 5 stelle. Personale che non parla inglese. Buffet e orari del all inclusive rigidissimi e senza possibilità di nessuna mediazione. Situato in una zona lontana dal mare e senza accesso se non a 4-5 chilometri. Sconsigliabile

Dejligt hotel med rigtig god service

Dejligt hotel med stor variation i forhold til den mad der blev serveret. Området er primært med golf for øje hvorfor udbuddet at aktiviteter udenfor hotellet er relativ begrænset. Suttlebus til stranden fungere rigtig godt. Rigtig dejlig hotel med serviceorienteret personale der både taler tysk og engelsk.

Suurinosa vieraista on saksalaisia ja hotellin pääkieli onkin siten saksa. Kaikki henkilökunnasta eivät osanneet englantia tai eivät halunneet puhua sitä. Erittäin paljon lapsiperheitä aina vauvoista teini-ikäisiin. Hotellin välittömässä läheisyydessä ei ole juurikaan katseltavaa. Tämä sopii joko hotellissa löhöilyloman viettopaikaksi tai golfmatkalla nukkumapaikaksi. - Hotelli on kohtuullisen siisti. - Ruoka-aikoina on aikamoinen hässäkkä. All inclusive package works very fine. Wonderful food. Can't complain.One thing about their cleaning of the bathroom. They seem to overuse clorox to clean the bathroom. If they wash it with lots of water, it should be fine. But, they don't. Except for it, the service was very good.
