staff are great. sofa need to be replaced as the leather is peeling. When we first took the unit -the kitchen is oily and crockery has stains are very dirty.

ห้องพักโอเค หาง่าย ใกล้ร้านอาหาร มีร้านสะดวกซื้อในโรงแรมมีเครื่องซักผ้า,ไมโครเวฟ จานชามช้อนและเครื่องครัวอื่นๆในห้อง แต่ทุกอย่างเป็นภาษาเกาหลี แต่ก็เดาได้ไม่ยากถ้าจะใช้งาน แต่ที่สำคัญ wifi แรงมาก ในห้องน้ำจะมีแค่สบู่ก้อนเล็กๆให้1ก้อน ผ้าขนหนูผืนใหญ่1ผืนและผืนเล็ก2ผืน และไดร์เป่าผมเท่านั้น แต่แม่บ้านไม่ค่อยทำความสะอาดเท่าไหร่แต่ยังดีที่เอาขยะไปทิ้งให้..คำเตือนห้ามทำอะไรหล่นใต้เตียงเด็ดขาดเพราะฝุ่นเยอะมากเหมือนไม่เคยทำความสะอาดบริเวณใต้เตียงเลย อย่าเชื่อถ้าหากบอกว่าเป็นห้องปลอดบุหรี่ เพราะตอนเราพักเราเจอขวดน้ำเปล่าที่ข้างในมีก้นบุหรี่ทิ้งไว้ในนั้นและแม่บ้านคงไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดใต้เตียงเลยยังเหลือซากอยู่..แต่โดยรวมก็ถือว่าโอเค

침구가 좋았습니다. 8일간 출장이라서 세탁기가 있는 것을 보고 선택했습니다. 세탁기가 세탁만 되고 건조기능이 없어서 방에 널어서 말려야 해서 좀 불편했지만, 가격대비 만족합니다.

최악 먼지덩어리 굴러다니고. 다음날 수건만 교체해놓고, 화장실 휴지는 별도배치되치않고 누런 얼룩있는 수건...너무 더러웠어요 1기로해주셨는데 2기를 이전에 묶어봤는데 다시는.. 렉스빌가느니 모텔을가겠습니다. 좁고 더럽고 그냥 비추입니다. 아참 옷걸이도 다부러지고...뭔지..참

+요약 차라리 호텔을. 환기 잘안됨. 사진과 다른 환경 와인잔 추가요청해야함. 비누조차없음 와인오프너 1만원추가 물론 보증금 시간연장 없다지만 퇴실시간 오바되니 객실추가요금 받음 영수증 안줌.

삼성동과 가까운 깨끗한 숙소 추천

운이 없었는지 청소상태가 살짝 불량했지만 침구가 깨끗하고 편안해서 좋았습니다. 회사가 삼성동인데 접근성도 좋았고 신천먹거리골목도 가까워 편리하게 잘 이용했습니다 아주 가까운곳에 나폴레옹 빵집 있어서 너무 좋았어요 ㅎ

아주 좋음

잠실에서 공연이 있을 때마다 방문하는데 솔직히 그 근처에서 가격 대비 이렇게 깔끔하고 괜찮은 숙소 찾기 힘들어요. 가장 최근 방문했을 때는 객실 청소상태가 조금 아쉬웠지만 10번 방문했다면 9번 만족하는 숙소였습니다. (청소는 조금만 더 신경써 주세요)

생각지도 않게 발견한 좋은 레지던스

갑자기 결정된 급한 출장때문에 부랴부랴 호텔을 찾았지만, 주말이라 그런지 호텔을 찾을 수가 없더라구요.. 그래서 '하루 자는건데 뭐' 하고는 조금 저렴한 숙박을 찾다가 렉스빌 레지던스를 찾게 되었습니다. 처음에는 레지던스는 유럽배낭여행때 잠시 잠을 자는 그런 업소라고 생각을 하고는 큰 기대 없이 갔었는데.. 진짜 대박입니다 웬만한 호텔보다 좋더라구요. 큼지막한 냉장고에다가 깨끗한 객실, 그리고 가장 마음에 드는건 객실안에서 취사가 가능하다는 점! 전기레인지와 전자레인지, 냄비등 취사도구가 구비되어있어서, 간단한 먹거리를 사와서 객실에서 조리해 먹을 수 있었다는 점이 가장 맘에 들었습니다. 객실 정돈상태도 깨끗했고, 종합운동장역도 바로 옆에있고, 1층에 있는 편의점까지! 정말 생각지도 않게 좋은 숙박업소를 찾은거 같아서 기분이 좋았습니다. 다음 출장때도 꼭 이용해보고 싶습니다!

신천 렉스빌레지던스 투숙객 조심하십쇼.

예약 자체에는 문제없었음. 하지만 프런트에서 바쁜시간도 아니었음에도 1차2차 안내 잘못하여 무거운 가방들고 15층을 헤매다 다시 내려와 건물을 옮기게됨. 무성의와 무신경. 그리고 욕실 비치된 떼묻은 비누....경악함.

출장목적

본인은 레지던스의 음식해먹는시설이 필요하진않았지만 혼자 출장목적으로 묵는 입장에서 괜찮았음. 유명호텔가자니 비용이 그렇고 그냥 모텔가자니 커플들 들락거리는대서 혼자 지내기도 뻘줌하고...주차는 타워형이지만 한번 만익히면 넣고빼기쉬워서 괜찮음. 1층에 편의점도 있어서 좋음. 송파,강동 뿐만아니라 다음에 강남,서초쪽에 볼일이있더라도 재 숙박할 의향있음.

Friendly place with all the comfort.

The room was fine and I was surprised to find all one can need to live and cook comfortably buying her/his one food. Very friendly staff, they helped me answering questions on places to reach in Seoul. I will come back also because the metro la very near, as well as the bus to the airport.

只為去蠶室看演唱會, 地點一流, 房間設計齊!

只入住了兩晚, 所以酒店沒有提供房間打掃服務, 在CHECK-IN時服務員解釋了這一點，對我來說沒有關係。室間敞大，有足夠設備供自行煮食。我是3月初入住，當時韓國還是挺冷，但開了暖氣確實熱到接受不了，關上又太冷，最後選擇開窗+開暖氣。該區不是鬧市，開窗也不算吵。酒店位於江南區，如果要前往明洞/梨大那些熱門SHOPPING區當然不近，但我只是要到蠶室運動場看演唱會，步行15分鐘左右便到，非常方便。但當時Sports Complex站正進行工程，路面情況有點亂，要繞過公園才可以前往酒店，公園比較幽靜；另外去運蠶室動場的路也是有工程。但事隔數月，或者工程已完。若不是繞路，由地鐵站步行10分鐘便可以到酒店，看見STARBUCKS轉灣，第一條小徑左轉往前走多半分鐘左右便到。但是先看見的是酒店的後門，入不得，要再向前多走幾步，經過相連酒店大堂的便利店才是大堂入口。我抵達第一天是晚上，在後門弄了一段時間才看懂韓文指示，而且大堂入日的自動門也不起眼，所以要認好便利店就對了。除了兩間便利店，鄰近還有無數CAFE及韓式食肆，這點要大讚!!

급하게 예약해서 가서 안좋으면 어쩌지라는 생각을 했었는데 꽤나 괜찮았던것 같습니다 다만 샴푸나 냄비 등이 있었으면 좋을거 같네요.
