Not really a hotel, more of a open-your-front-door-and-you're-in-the-parking-lot motel. Plain but comfortable room. Mine was a single queen bed with two comfortable padded chairs. TV is of the old tube style but the picture was clear and adequate. Room has a refrigerator and microwave, good size desk with comfortable desk chair; coffee and ice are available in the lobby. Bathroom was nice with really good water pressure in the shower, invigorating. I tried to extend my stay an additional night but they were sold out. Shame, I was looking forward to another relaxing evening. Good place. I'd go back in a minute.

"Lovely Colonial reproduction on extensive grounds"
Serene, warm, comfortable.
This bed and breakfast has electric candles sparkling in each window if you approach through the dark. They provide tea and hot water (and a piano) on the second floor landing overlooking the two-story dining room, accessible and welcoming to guests.
This was a family house. The parents, after their flock flew, transformed their property into a lovely wedding venue surrounded by acres of woods and miles of paths.
Accommodations: There are two groupings of two bedrooms and a bathroom each (one was for the daughters, one for the sons) ; there is also a master suite on the ground floor.
Breakfast costs extra, but is convenient and delicious. They cooked the poached eggs on toast that we requested plus extras of grapefruit halves with blueberries and hot sausage. The two story dining room with wide views is set up with a refrigerator and warming stands and clearly can provide more elaborate brunches for those who want them
The hosts are considerate and easy going, and the house is dead quiet. We live in rural area, also far from any he ds, but with roosters, and also near a small airport. Here there is no crowing nor engine sounds.
The convience of being close to Sandwich to meet-up with family was great! After a 5hour drive from South Jersey, the room was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. The pool in the evening was refreshing, though a bit cold. Having the Pub & restaurant right there came in handy too.
We live in Seekonk and were looking for a place to stay while we were having some work done at our home. We stumbled upon Jacob Hill Inn and even though we have lived in Seekonk for some time, had never heard about this wonderful B&B. Simply put, best place we have ever stayed and we will go back when we just need a getaway, but do not want to be far from home.

The name “Seekonk” comes from the native Wampanoag words for “black goose,” and “black” Canadian geese can still be seen here today. Serving primarily as a residential suburb of Providence and the Boston area, the town of Seekonk is on the Massachusetts side of that state’s border with Rhode Island. The town is known for its retail corridor along Route 6 and its NASCAR speedway.
