      1. A few days prior to your arrival, a digital guidebook will be provided with helpful information regarding check in and check out instructions, emergency information and house rules, as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do.
      2. Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
      3. Our home has cameras at front entry and backyard only for safety and insurance purposes. No cameras are inside the house.
      4. Our housekeepers will arrive shortly after 11:00 am on the date of checkout.
      5. We require pictures of government-issued ID for the safety of our guests, our housekeepers and ourselves.
      6. Same day booking may have a later check-in time than 4pm. Check-in time for same day booking will be confirmed by host after booking is approved.

      This home is located in one of the most popular Seattle neighborhoods with restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance as well as bus lines within the block that can take you to all over the city.

      Fremont Neighborhood overview: Indie shops and hip bars pack this bohemian neighborhood on the north bank of the canal. Quirky outdoor sculptures include the gigantic Fremont Troll, lurking under the Aurora Bridge, and the towering Fremont Rocket. Artsy residents and tech workers hang out in the area’s eclectic eateries. The Fremont Sunday Market has art, antiques and food trucks. Cyclists and walkers explore the canalside Burke-Gilman Trail.

      Guests have access to all areas of the home and the backyard, with the exception of a few locked supply cabinets (for our cleaners) and the fire pit (due to fire hazard and safety reasons).

      The upstairs unit will share the backyard with the guests. Additionally, kindly be respectful of the upstairs unit/ neighbors by cleaning up after yourself and keeping noises to a reasonable level at all times.

      The side yard is not available for guests' use.
      This cute bottom unit of a Tudor duplex is well set up for your entertainment, relaxation, and work from home. Entire place plus a cute backyard and your own parking. Please make yourself at home!

      ✦ Front entrance includes easy keyless entry and a private parking. The parking is tight but it is also a rare find in this prime location.

      Note: This is the bottom unit of a duplex so some noise and footsteps will be expected. No excessive drinking, party, smoking or drug is allowed. The fire pit shown in the pictures is not available for guest use due to fire hazard and safety reasons.
      Parking: This is an excellent location and parking is hard to come by. We are happy to offer a dedicated parking for the rental. The parking is quite tight, so you will need to be careful not to scratch your car. The parking spot is in front of the rental home entrance, which makes it very convenient for guests. Additionally, there are street parking around the neighborhood.

      Public transportation: There are two major bus lines are in front of the home (#5 and #44). It is generally very safe to walk around.

      Kind and convenient
      We enjoyed our stay. Owners were kind and responsive when a few minor issues arouse. The place is clean and we easily settled in. It’s listed for up to six but probably more comfortable for 2-3 in terms of seating and shared spaces. The house is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The designated parking spot is nice to have but as others have mentioned it is tight.

      Location couldn't be better. Appreciate the multiple desks in almost every room for working remotely. Kitchen was great.....That's all of the good I can come up with. The internet is not powerful enough to allow for two people on video calles working remotely The keypad/door lock proved to be incredibly challenging every time we tried to enter/exit the property. Our rental car *barely* fit in the driveway. Couch and beds were below average comfort. Bathroom was small (especially the shower), and well...keep your socks on in the house, or else your feet will get dirty.
