Spacious luxury studio in Skyglass Apartments in the heart of South Lake Union with amazing natural lighting, floor to ceiling windows, and a panoramic view of the lake, skyline and mountains. Right across the street from Apple and near Amazon and Meta. Friendly, amazing management, amenities including a rooftop lounge with hot tub, panoramic views of the city, fire pits and BBQ grills, onsite gym and yoga studio, and monthly social events.
You would take over a lease that ends Feb 6 2026 and would have the option to renew, extend or stay month-to-month as desired. We have loved living here but are now moving to a townhouse and will miss it. Available for move in starting mid to late March or early April (we can be flexible on the exact dates).
Rent is $2334/mo + utilities
