Large, beautiful, rustic house, built in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Scansano, on top of a hill, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and flowers. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). 350 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Magliano in Toscana 14 km, Talamone 34 km, Monte Argentario 40 km, Grosseto 30 km, Pitigliano 46 km. Hiking paths: Parco Nazionale della Maremma -Uccellina 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (included). The owner lives on the same property. Owner uses some rooms in the house.
