The large bedroom boasts an ultra-comfortable Nectar mattress and the master has a very comfortable Novaform mattress. Teleworkers enjoy Gigabit Wi-Fi, and the back-yard has a fire-pit stocked with fresh firewood, marshmallow sticks, and a tall natural privacy wall, ready to greet you.

The space is optimized for sleep and telework, and boasts a private backyard patio with a cozy fire-pit and complimentary fire-wood and marshmallow roasting sticks to enjoy with your group in the evenings. We are just a quick message away if you need anything. Our goal is your 5-star stay!

Guest access
You will have full access to the property except for the garage, which is used as owner's storage. We offer a contactless check-in via a keypad lock at the front door. The Bungalow is equipped with lockable doors throughout, and a set of "basic-necessity" beach supplies available for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
This is a quiet and tranquil community, and sounds tend to carry easily here. Please be mindful of your volume during your stay. There is a noise detector in the large Bedroom 3 which does not record or transmit audio - its only function is to report loud noises. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home at the entry, the corners of the house, the front yard, and the back-yard. There are no cameras inside. Please take measures to ensure everyone’s safety when enjoying the fire-pit, which must include adult supervision whenever children are present, and use caution with the bed in Bedroom #3. It is a low Japanese-style bedframe, and although it looks and functions great, it is quite possible to bang your shin on the bedframe if you are not careful. Thank you!
