Good hotel and excellent food choice. Great location and hotel surroundings well kept. Far too crowded around the pool and no chance of a sunbed with people reserving with towels which is a shame. Overall we had a great stay - thank you!

Perfect location, right next to the beach and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Room was so nice, very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options. Only downside was the wifi never worked.

We love the property as it was walking distance from several nice beaches and the Center. The staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms are a bit dated. There was a water drip coming from the ceiling in our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous for a family holiday.

Fabulous hotel for families. Rooms spacious, very clean(daily maid Service) and comfortable. Staff throughout Hotel were all lovely and great kids club. Good pools and several toddler pools and only 2mins from the beach.

A great property, located right next to Cala Gran (3 minute walking distance! Our room was spacious and clean, and it even came with kitchen utensils if needed. The property is huge and is beautifully maintained. We loved how close it was to the downtown area with many food options, and how it was even closer to the water. The staff was also wonderful and generous. They welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, and assisted us with our many needs!

The hotel is really well located for the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff are all helpful (the activity organiser works especially hard) and the property is kept in good condition and clean. The pools are also great for young children. The only negative is as other guests have said, there is no sound proofing in the rooms and so you can easily hear your noisy neighbours, the bins being collected or the evening entertainment (wherever your room may be), although the entertainment does stop reasonably early. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Cala D’Or and so would recommend

Housekeeping did not really clean our room each day. Towels were not replaced during our whole 5 day stay, even when left on floor. They were just hung up again each time, which seemed odd. Overall lovely resort.

Poor standard

Stayed here for 10 days. Room is "cleaned" every day, but far from good enough. Floors are dirty even after cleaning, as visible under the feets. Bathroom only swiftly cleaned, toilet smells urine. Had to buy our own cleaning chemicals. Room is weary with loose parts. Bathroom is in need of renovation. We also had both ctenolepisma longicaudat and cockroaches in our apartment. Restaurants, bar and other outside areas is OK. Nice staff.

The check in experience was horrible. The employees were not welcoming at all and gave very vague information on how to go to my room (the hotel has multiple buildings), it really felt like I was bothering them… I asked for a different room right away (they gave me a room above the restaurant and the pool) because, as a solo traveler, I preferred to be in a quiet area. The employee had no desire to help or empathy and said that the room was on the second floor and I wouldn’t hear anything… I, of course, heard everything, the rooms are not well isolated. The pool was extremely noisy with nighttime animation, music, people and kids being very loud. The room when I checked in was not very clean (sand on the floor, hair in the shower). The bedsheets are extremely uncomfortable and the towels were old and overused. I do not recommend this hotel, it’s not worthy of 4 stars at all.

Unseren Kindern haben die Spiele am Pool sehr gut gefallen, vor allem Wasserball! Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen, eher ruhig und sehr zentral zur Einkaufsmeile, viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe, und zum Strand muss nur eine kleine Straße überquert werden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut, Abends hat uns das Büffet nicht so zugesagt. Die Salate und Dessert waren okay aber die Auswahl an Hauptgerichten war sehr begrenzt. Die zugehörige Pizzeria Picco, und die Getränke & das Essen am Pool sind super! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lækkert hotel, eneste der var dårligt… Sovesofa i stuen virkelig tynd madras efter 16 dage var min ryg helt færdig, konen og vores 2 børn sov i soveværelset der var sengen perfekt. Hver morgen kl 6 begyndte kampen om ligge stole hvilke var lidt træls, men sådan er det jo de steder hvor der er englænder de er virkelig er træls folke færd. Lækkert hotel kommer gerne igen

Fint hotell med fina rum. Mycket bra läge. Nära till allt och trevlig personal. Relativt lyhörda rum. Städning ok, men långt ifrån perfekt. Diskar eller byter inte ut glas och koppar. Städade inte balkongen på hela veckan och det blir lätt sandigt och stökigt med barn och nära till strand. Dessutom tror jag städpersonalen väckte oss varje morgon när de började städa och prata högljutt med varandra utanför tidigt på morgonen. Överlag ett fint hotell med mycket bra läge.

Frarådes!! Elendig renhold. Det var møkk i taket, overflater som bord og liknende ble ikke vasket i løpet vårt 2 ukers opphold, skittent i kroker og hjørner. Brukte kopper og glass ble ikke byttet, med ved én anledning funnet tilsynelatende rene, til vi fant rester av toalettpapir oppi... Toppet seg da vi fant skjeggkre på rommet, og siden i baggasjen da vi kom hjem. Bråk fra underholdning til kl 22 hver kveld, enda vi ba om et stille rom på forhånd, fordi vi reiste med en ettåring. Klagde flere ganger underveis, men fikk "beklager" uten at noe ble gjort. Ja, det er god beliggenhet, fint hotellområde og bra frokost, men ville aldri bodd her igjen eller anbefalt andre å gjøre det.
