The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave and essential cookware.

The inviting bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and hotel-quality linens for a restful stay, while the bathroom provides fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in the quiet residential area of Olaria in Caniço, offering a peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to local amenities and transport connections. Within the surrounding area, you will find landmarks such as Jardins do Atlântico, Jardins do Garajau, and Garajau View, which give the neighbourhood a welcoming and familiar character.

A short drive takes you to the Teleférico do Garajau, a cable car that links the Christ the King statue with Praia do Garajau. From here, you can enjoy dramatic ocean views or explore the beach, which is popular for snorkelling and diving.

Nature enthusiasts will also enjoy the proximity to Quinta do Palheiro Ferreiro, a historic botanical garden filled with lush landscapes and scenic walking routes through the subtropical surroundings of Madeira.

Small shops, cafés, and services are nearby for daily needs, while the vibrant city of Funchal, with its cultural attractions, markets, and restaurants, is just a short drive away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua Da Olaria Bonamadeira, is just a 7-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
