Beach House

The property was as advertised and perfect for a large group. Location is a major plus with proximity to the beach and the house / bedding layout worked great as well.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Grande. The house/layout was great for our large group, very comfortable and well appointed. The rooftop deck was great for taking in the views while enjoying a cocktail or morning coffee. Communication with Tim was great, any question/request was quickly answered. Will definitely stay again.

Great Family Beach House

This Beach House had something for everyone. Multiple viewpoints, a main room balcony, a rooftop deck, a private main bedroom balcony, and even the ground-level patio had a wonderful view. Great floor plan for multiple guests and Families. We will be back next year !!

Family Thanksgiving

Great place to have a family thanksgiving dinner. Enough room for two families to stay and additions for dinner. Amazing views from the upper deck- great for morning coffee and sunsets. It has a fantastic little bar area in the great room that added a bit of fun to the holiday festivities. A short walk to the beach makes this a prime location and sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep. Two thumbs up!

My five grandchildren fit perfectly in the bunk room! I’m a sailor so the art was so enjoyable. Great location and the view from the upper deck was incredible! We’ll be back.

Family celebration for UCSC graduate

The property was perfect for a family gathering! Walk to the beach, fishing, etc. The kitchen had everything possible you would need to cook; the stove/oven was awesome! Double washer and dryer set is brilliant! Tim actually answers his phone (thank you) and accommodating after the Costco run! You can tell there was a lot of thought and planning while setting this up as a vacation rental. Thank you Tim! Becky Maldonado

Beautiful location and amazing views

Steps away from the beach in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great communication from the property owner. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare large meals. The house and decks have amazing views of the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance and a very short car ride to downtown and the Boardwalk. Good for families or a gathering of friends. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

Graduation Weekend with Family

We all had an amazing time at this well appointed beach house! We celebrated my daughter’s graduation from college, enjoyed the beach, the pier and the boardwalk and served large family meals. The kitchen had everything we needed and everyone raved over the amazing views from the house. Tim was available by phone for any questions and was very responsive. Overall, it was a fun and memorable family vacation!
