The property was described as a "charming 2 bedroom apartment with fitness room and AC, " We did not get what was advertised. We made a 14 day booking for 4 adults and 2 children. The only furniture in the unit was a couch and a dining table with 4 poorly maintained chairs. The patio had one chair and one table. The surface was filthy and hadn't even been swept. A broken scooter and a child's toy had been left behind. The floors in the living room were filthy; walking around on the floor barefooted resulted in the bottom of your feet becoming black. Floor tiles in the kitchen were beginning to lift and paint was peeling off a kitchen cupboard. In the hallway bathroom, water leaked onto the floor from under the stall when the shower was running. The sink filled with water very quickly and drained very slowly. Hot water was lukewarm at best. The towel rack and toilet paper holder fell off the wall several times. As for the pool and fitness room, they were nice. However, we did not gain access to either of them for the first week because it took that long for us to get a pass card to use both facilities. This property was far from being "charming"!
