Villa 'Linda' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Stunning modern villa with large pool and sea views, two minutes from the beach.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer home for over 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail.

The 250m² house is set in a large garden of 1,000 m² with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue where you can make tasty Mediterranean dinners.

All the details have been taken care of, to make you feel at home: a large living room-kitchen of 70m², with all the amenities, easy wheelchair access, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with bathroom en suite), and even a private garage with which you will never have parking problems.



The house has been tastefully furnished with all the necessary facilities to make your stay easier and more comfortable: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, cable TV, hi-fi stereo, an espresso machine, a microwave and so on.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful week in the Villa. Great location near the beach and local restaurants. Villa itself was well maintained with lots of comfortable areas to relax. The pool Was great for young children with a gate to secure it and a separate shallow area for them to play in. Would love the chance to stay again in the future.

Lovely Villa for a Special Family Holiday

Lovely family owned villa with amazing pool. Great layout for a summer family holiday with big communal spaces inside and out and areas to create your own quiet time. We were a group of seven adults ranging from thirty to >60 and we all loved it. Miguel is a lovely host and very good communicator.

Best holiday ever

Could not have been better. Great communication from Miquel and the house was perfectly set up for a big family. Plenty of seating inside and out - 10 seater amazing dining table, plenty of sun loungers, toys for the children and fully fitted kitchen with everything we could need. We already knew the area, but it was perfect with the beach, shops and restaurant just down the road. The hill back was quite steep, but burnt off some of the calories we managed to drink and consume! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and bathrooms very clean with new fittings. Miquel came to change the automatic light switches and was charming and very helpful. For a family holiday to celebrate my big birthday, this was a perfect place to stay.

Superb Villa - Great Location

Overall, this is a superb villa in a fantastic location and we will hopefully be returning in the future. The location is 1 min walk to the beach and seafront restaurants/shops etc. the restaurants are all very good (we didn’t eat at a bad one) The beach is great for kids as is shallow for a long way out. The Villa has all the facilities required for a pleasant stay and is modern, open plan and has a great view from the upstairs balcony. The Villa’s pool is brilliant with a small pool for very young children and a larger, deeper pool for the older ones/adults. Plenty of outdoor seating and we used the BBQ one night, which was great. Miquel (host) is available via WhatsApp during the stay for any issues and is very helpful. We all loved the villa and it is perfect for family holidays. My only criticism and it is very small, is that there are a few areas which are showing wear and tear and I would be thinking about updating/replacing certain elements to keep the Villa in perfect condition. This is perfectly understandable for an established working Villa and it is just an observation and it also does not take away the fact that this is a fantastic villa which provided my family with a great holiday. Thank you Miquel for being a superb host and thank you Villa Linda.

Perfect villa for a big family holiday

Villa Linda is incredible! We stayed as a big family group - 8 adults and 1 child - and it was the perfect holiday home for the week. The property and grounds are huge, it’s exceptionally clean and the pool is incredible. We picked the property because it had a kids pool and we’re so glad that we did. Miquel is a great host and helped my family check in smoothly. 10000000% recommend!

Fantastic property with sea views!

Villa Linda is just as lovely advertised! Spacious, well equipped and a great location. 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. A train passes a few times a day to explore the area further although these times are restricted so check ahead. A welcome pack would have been useful on arrival with information about the villa and local numbers for taxis etc. Also some milk for tea would have been a nice touch but overall we had a wonderful stay and holiday.

Lovely villa with lots of space.The pool was an enormous success and the being so close to the beach was a big bonus.The free transport to the water park proved very popular with the younger sections of the family. Should also mention the fixtures and fittings in the villa were of an extremely high standard....the air-con a life saver!

Stunning Villa! Family home away from home.

Stayed here for a week as 6 adults and one baby. The villa is brand new and we were lucky enough to be the second family to stay. Miquel is really friendly and the villa is week equipt with everything you could think of. He even got us a high chair, a cot and bibs, nappies were provided too. The beds are super comfy, all rooms have a/c. The pool and BBQ area is just stunning and it's so big that we never felt under each others feet. The surrounding area is lovely too with bars and a couple of restaurants. The beach is literally a 2 min walk! I cannot recommend this place enough, we didn't want to go home.

Wonderful Villa - Couldn't have asked for more.

Villa Linda was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious, clean, well organised and well thought out. There are many supplies here and lots of useful kitchen appliances and cupboard space. There were plenty of clean towels and extra pillows. Miquel even supplied us with a cot for our son. Miquel was a very helpful host and was easy to contact and quick to respond. The villa is safe for children (toddlers beware of the stairs though). Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Miquel

Faultless property

From first sight to final departure, the owner, Miquel and this wonderful property were a delight. Modern, spacious, comfortable with plenty of outdoor shaded sitting areas and, of course, sculpted gardens and massive swimming pool. The pool also had a safe shallow children's pool attached so adults and infants could enjoy the water together. Our host was always available though I am glad to say that we had no need to trouble him thoughout our stay. The local area is very peaceful and well stocked with seaside restaurants. Absolutely no need for a car, every amenity within 200m. Airport 25min taxi ride. A truly lovely stay that was thoroughly enjoyed by every member of our party of 10.

An amazing villa in a great location

This villa is a very high standard, set in large grounds with a nicely maintained gardens and good sized pool which includes a children's pool. There is a big outside seating area which includes a BBQ. While not on the beach front it has lovely sea views. The villa is well equipped and very clean. With 5 good sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this is an ideal choice for a family. The location is what makes the villa extra special as it is a very short walk down to the beachfront of Punta Prima. This has a small beach and a number of shops, restaurants and bars. It is a low key family resort and very laid back but there is enough there for a week or two. The villa is also only 15 minutes in a taxi from the airport and also into Mahon which makes it a good location for transport to and from the airport and some sightseeing. There is also a small tourist train which can take you to the local water park. While it is nice to have a rental car to explore you could manage without one while staying at this villa.

Wunderschöne, grosszügige Villa

Wir waren zu sechst (3 Päärchen) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, wodurch wir selten den schönen Grillplatz nutzen konnten. Nach einer stürmischen Nacht kamen am Tag darauf Gärnter*innen und haben den Pool und das Anwesen wieder sauber gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war sehr einfach und angenehm.

Best villa in Punta Prima

The villa was in a great location and everything within the villa was nice & modern and in good working order. Aircon in all rooms was great, the pool area was lovely and the space between it and the house breaks the property up into zones which allows a nice bit of privacy if kids want to be loud and the adults want a bit of peace and quiet. The villa layout worked really well with the one big open plan living area and the smart TV & steaming services being available was a nice bonus. The property felt nice and secure with the lockable gate.. We've stayed in several different villas in Punta Prima over the last 10 years but Villa Linda is definitely the best one we've ever stayed in. Would highly recomend and hope to come stay again next year.

Perfect villa for a family holiday

We loved our week at Villa Linda! I really couldn't have been any better. Highlight most definitely the pool area. Having the kids section meant our 2 & 4 year old could splash about without needing an adult to actually be in the pool to help them which kept them busy for hours. I also hugely appreciated the fact that the pool area had a lockable gate giving added peace of mind. We also had a crawling baby in the group who enjoyed all the open and flat space to explore. Miquel was a super helpful host always quick to respond to queries both before and during our stay. Thank you! We hope to return some day!

Lovely

The property and location were great. Kids (including the older ones) spent all their time in the pool. Beach, restaurants and shops all a short walk away. Altogether a lovely holiday.
