Villa Stella is in close proximity to the bus station, the main square of Luna Park, and the Tuesday open-air market. It is 600 meters from the non-smoking beach.

The two-room flat for 2-4 people with air conditioning is located on the ground floor and features a fenced garden. It includes a living room with a kitchenette, TV, double-door fridge, and double sofa bed; a bathroom with a shower (with curtain, no window); a bedroom with a bunk bed (double below and single above); and a covered parking space.
