Amazing place! Even better than the pics! Loved it! Already planning to return soon. Great location. Walking distance to everywhere in old town…short ride to other places in the city. Very clean and comfortable. AC worked great! This is the best spot. Period.

Liked the area. Very central to everything however it was pretty noisy and a bit hard to find. Facility had a nice PR feel. Staff was very helpful with information and recommendations and attentive to any issues.

Family at Old San Juan

Perfect stay right in the middle of beautiful Viejo San Juan. Room was spacious and washer and dryer were a plus. Walking distance from everything. Parking is impossible, also weekends are loud at night.

We had a phenomenal time! My family does a lot of traveling and last three years we been focusing on carribean. This trip was by far the best we had as we are already looking to come back and stay with San Juan Rentals! Thanks again for everything!

Nice place in a great location, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. However, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. There was a strong smell of humidity, and we found mold on the chairs, utensils, and even the bed sheets and pillows. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and odor control products just to make the space usable. The apartment clearly needs better maintenance and a deep cleaning before guests arrive. We were very disappointed with the condition it was in.”

In general the property is very well located. On weekends it might be a bit noisy as it is on a main tourist attractions street.

Location!

The location here was amazing! Right in the middle of everything and we loved it. With location comes noise so be prepared. We had ear plugs for evwryone. This apartment is exactly as advertised.

This is located on the picturesque street that used to have umbrellas but not has lights. It is very close to the governor's mansion, and the street is blocked off and guarded. But the police are very friendly and let you in and out easily.

No elevator and the stairs up to apartment 9 rooftop are a definite consideration and should be clearly spelled out on all booking platforms. They are very steep and narrow and some may not be able to navigate 128 un-air conditioned steps each time you head out of the Apartment. Being on vacation having to deal with this, especially lugging 3 40lb suitcases up and down was a serious negative and would’ve selected differently if a picture of these steps was included in the listing. Other than that it was clean, views nice and what you would expect an Apartment in Old San Juan to be. Loved the old world vibe.
