Located right in the heart of Condado Beach, Ocean Park, Santurce, near all the great restaurants and bars you will love. Supermax grocery store is right across the street. This is a awesome kite boarding area if you are a kiter 🪁 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♀️

This is a big 1,500 sq ft on the Beach Condo with 2 bathrooms. The coolest ocean front spacious condo I've ever lived in. The best part about P.R is making it your own adventure.

Complete Vacation Home with a beautiful Beachfront view
- The view is extremely serene and beautiful, facing the beach and the ocean. When you open the windows the sound of waves crashing on to the shore is mesmerizing. - Don't forget to catch the sunrise and sunset here. - Apartment has all modern utilities and furniture including TV in both the rooms, kitchen with fully stocked utensils and crockery, ample space in all the rooms, Nice Bar Stools by the window and a great dining table. -There's a work station which is fully equipped with monitors so it's amazing to work by the view of the ocean and beach. - The building has access to the beach from pool side, which is absolutely great and There's beach chair, towels and everything you need for a beach day out. - There's a huge swimming pool in the building which is great as well along with other amenities like business Centre, gym, tennis court etc. - Centrally located on Ashford Ave, all restaurants are 2-4 minute walk away and the neighborhood is always buzzing and can easily get Ubers to get to the Airport or Old San Juan. - Jarrod was super helpful and would respond to all my queries and help me out with my stay. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in San Juan.

Lovely view, quiet surroundings, spacious bathrooms w ,
We would definitely rent this unit again. Jerrod was quick to respond to questions and needs and was fun to be around. The Condado Del Mar is definitely in the hub of area activities with easy walk to almost anything you need.
