Beautiful and big apartment.
It had 2 bedroom. The Master has 1 King bed and 1 Sofa bed, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds. There is other bathroom next to the second bedroom. Big kitchen, totally equipped. Great living room with sofas and TV.
The terrace is wonderful. It's totally private. It has a big bar, TV, BBQ, Jacuzzi, Cannoppy, chairs and stools! The perfect place to enjoy the Best Vacation!

The place exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The photos were accurate, but the space felt even more inviting and homey in person—ideal for large families. The location was unbeatable, with quick access to gas stations, pharmacies, the beach, and the airport, making everything super convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and Eliana’s communication was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, always replying within minutes. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Great but missing some key elements

I rented this for my bachelorette trip and overall the stay was great, but the house was lacking basic cleaning supplies like a sponge and paper towels and trash bags. The grill didnt light and there was no lighter. The inside stove didnt get hot…so if you plan to cook or spend time at the house I would think again. The outside area was not exactly as described there was no turf area and the bench did not have pillows to sit.The water pressure inside was a little low so we showered outaide but there was a neighbor camera pointing at us so that was weird.Location was awesome lots of great food spots and the beach was so close and beautiful. Overall would recommend this stay just be prepared!

Good and bad

First, the positive. The location is very good, about a 5 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge to lots of restaurants. The neighborhood seems safe and quiet. The initial communication with the host was positive. Quick responses and they even left us a welcoming gift. There were 6 of us on a golfing trip and I wanted a place where we could all have our own bed so this place worked. When you come in the main entrance you are coming into one of the bedrooms which has 3 beds in it. You then move into the main living area which has a couch and a kitchen and a full bathroom. The final room has the king bed and a futon and a full bath. The outside area is nice with a grill, a bar area and a hot tub that is not heated so it is a little chilly.Overall everything was clean and there are some pots, pans, and serving ware in the kitchen.The layout worked fine for 6 guys but if you had more than 2 couples you would be sharing bedrooms.On the negative side the power went out shortly after we arrive and was out for a little more than 24 hours.It was not just this place but about 5000 locations in the area. We were not able to take showers, have air conditioning, and walked around with the flashlights on our phones. The host texted me and said they would refund us for the time the power was out. After two weeks of texting them and being ignored I have given up on any type of refund. If you stay and there are no issues you should be OK. They should invest in a generator.
