ちょうど改装工事が始まっており、「明日移ってくれ」というから荷物まとめて車に積んでおいたら、チェックアウトしたのかと聞かれた。 挙げ句の果てに、今日は昨日の部屋でいいと言われまた重い荷物を持って2階に上がり、次の日移された。 その時も朝部屋を教えるから来いと言われたのに、行ったら準備出来てないから夕方来いと言われました。 まあ、常連なのできにしてません。

Save yourself; don't stay here.

Dead cockroaches sent others in my group to another hotel, I should have followed their lead. Uncomfortable bed, NO hot water in the morning, do NOT look under the bed, the most underwhelming breakfast I've seen. Spend another $20 and stay somewhere 300% better!

Plutot bien situé si on dispose d'une voiture. Les équipements sont un peu vétustes, et la salle de petit déjeuner est insuffisante. Le dépot de garantie a été remboursé rapidement , mois de 10 jours, ce qui est notable en comparaison avec d'autres hoteliers qui abusent du système.

Front desk kid was really great and the cleaning staff...awesome people. The rooms were disappointing, for sure. Sticky and grimey. I would not stay here again - especially @ $110/night. I'd definitely pay $50/night though. Overall, it wasn't the worst motel ever...not even close...but it was pretty drab.

Trés bon pour un court séjour.

Bon hôtel pour un court séjour ou un passage. Pour deux trois jours c'est très bien mais au delà .... Personnel sympathique.

We won't return.

First of all we were blind sighted by their $150 Security Deposit that was supposedly refundable within 3-5 business days. It took 10 days for our $150 to clear our account. Bathtub had mold where it connected to the tile wall as did the wall and tile floor meeting areas around the tub and behind the toilet. It would have not passed health inspections where I live. The housekeeping staff are pleasant and seem efficient. I wonder if they have only a few minutes to clean or if they don't have proper cleaning agents. I have photos if you like. Second time we have been involved with Hotels.com and been more than disappointed. Once our daughter made the reservation and this time. We won't use you site again.

There shown the waffle maker at their review picture, and that's make me one of the main reason to book this amount the other. However, there wasn't and the server told me they don't have it anymore, and this is a bit of disappointed. Other than this, it's a good experience for I and my husband's stay for our best friend's son wedding the next day.

We like this property because it’s close to the airport and also a few minutes drive to downtown when it’s not during rush hours. This one however lacks other important facilities like laundry area which is a must especially for traveling families nowadays. There’s also no pool which can attract more families with smaller kids to stay here and come back again in the future. Complementary breakfast is good, however there were two instances that they ran outside of boiled egg. They should’ve the exact number of the guests who checked in and prepared some extra because some eat 2, others doesn’t eat at all. In short, they should anticipate the need.

One of the worst

Do not believe the on-line rating. The room was filthy and service was one of the worst I’ve seen. Extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Every appliance and outlet I tried, worked. The showerhead needs fixing or replacing. The rooms facing the highway are noisy.

Can I have a re-do?

The outside is worn and old. We saw many questionable characters hanging about in the parking lot. It’s not located in a very good neighborhood. We asked to transferred to another room just after checkin due to phone cable lines hanging low from our room across the parking lot. There were also numerous barrel drums below our window filled with SOMETHING. We were move to a different building altogether. The room was clean and comfortable. The sink in the bath area leaked profusely and we had to Use a towel to stop the flow. I thought the price for the room was outrageous but compared to better hotels, (this was more like a motel) it was a bargain. I would rather pay the extra money for a better location and quality of the room. The people were very nice however.
