We booked with a different hotel and found out that it be closed and was moved to a this motel. The location was close to little italy and walking distance to harbor. But the hotel was close to the train track. so if you had the window open you could hear it and the planes taking off from the air port also. The room was ok but smelled. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only good thing about my stay was the location. I was not informed it was the last weekend open for business, the rooms were bare minimum. I dealt with long wait time to check in, had no iron/microwave/fridge, phone didnt work moving crew everwhere, their trucks blocked all the cars from leaving. 1st time ever, I experienced an awful hotel stay. The manager had the nerve to deny what was going on when I complained to hotels .com thankfully hotels.com accomadated my complaint. Good thing they are closed down now!

not worth proximity to downtown

This place is cheaper than other places in the area. However it is on the corner of a busy road and sandwiched between the railway and two giant construction projects. There were construction workers at our bathroom window, and a giant pit nextdoor for a new building going in. The room was barren, and not simple and friendly like the photos. There were no headboards on the beds, and no nightstands/lamps and no dresser. No cute green pillows. Just holes and faded spots on the walls where this stuff probably used to be. It felt a bit creepy, and luckily I was staying with some friends otherwise I would have been nervous. There was a tv (although we didn't try using it) and there was a coffee maker, an iron and a lamp squeezed onto a nook in the wall. I would recommend staying further away from downtown instead of going for the less expensive price. I paid $130/night and consider it a total ripoff and a lesson learned. I would not recommend this place.

Room 114 was noisy with passing people knocking on the window during the night...when the police were't arresting someone on the street. Lots of airplane noise

It's good.

Marina Inn and Suites is a great place to stay a night or two. Parking is free and the rooms are okay. I wouldn't recommend for a long stay, but it's fine for a night.

****BEWARE MICE!!!!**** Mice crawling all over property still moved forward with check in and found mouse droppings in room. Hotel referred to sister hotel and pretty much the same. Horrible save your time and pay a little extra. I ended up booking at Hilton through Expedia BTW: EXPEDIA REFUSED TO REFUND

Small hotel with exterior doors. Just a block from the water. My room was small but comfortable. All of the employees I encountered were very helpful. May not have all the bells and whistles as other hotels but also doesn’t have the higher prices. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises. Definitely satisfied.

Unassuming but perfectly pleasant, and at a good price. Surprisingly quiet. Very small parking lot, though, so leave the tractor-trailer at home.

Attacked by bugs, most likely bed bugs? Run down dirty dump of a hotel, only the location was good. Advised staff, hopefully they did something about the bugs????

Small Hotel for one night

Stuff was rude. I wish the owner knows about. WE stayed one n ight, paid $120. Next day after we checked in we went for a walk around the city. After we came back to pick up our car we asked if we can use a bathroom. We explained we just checked out this morning, but the person at the front desk said no, that they do to have public bathrooms. And this is after I just paid the hotel $120.00. So rude and inconsiderate. That was on May 29th. Hope this person reads my comment. Shame on you!

Disappointment room

Advertised free parking but there was not ample room. I had to leave my car and use Uber so I didn’t lose my parking space. The shower was disgusting. Thank goodness I was only there for one night. Didn’t even feel safe leaving my suitcases in the room. The staff were courteous but the overall ambiance was horrible especially for the price. I was very disappointed.

Basic, but convenient

This is a basic hotel but clean and close to the airport. A bit over priced. The hotel is close to Little Italy and across from Water Front. It is walking distance to water attractions. They need to have hair driers.

You get what you pay for

I would only stay here if it’s a one night stay. Although you are close to everything and that is convenient, the room it’s self has very little amenities. We were woken up early due to house keeping already cleaning by 7:30am-8, checkout isn’t till 11. The room carpeting needs a little updating or cleaning. Restroom is very small. Great location and value

The staff were fab, beds were comfortable and location fantastic. Only downsides were the shower (weak water flow and not always warm enough) and luggage storage was not locked away somewhere. These drawbacks were not enough to put me off staying again though - or from recommending to others. Great value overall.

Julio had great customer service and even suggested great activities to do in the area when I arrived super early. The room was clean, had a good view and housekeeping was fantastic. I would stay here again. It’s not fancy but the staff is great, location perfect and rooms are comfortable and clean
