The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer.

There area was a sketchy area. It had a bunch of police and disnt look like images online. I want a full refund. This place was not safe to stay at. If i could give a zero rating i would.

The first room they gave us, they made us wait 30 minutes for the maid to clean, when we went inside there was a used condom on the floor and none of the appliances worked and the power outlets were broken

THEY DO NOT HAVE 2 beds! We were placed in room 7. Ac was moldy. Make shift night stands fell apart. Dirty floors. No hot water. The closet was atrocious. All that is fine. But WHAT IS NOT FINE IS THE $$$ additional they want to charge when you get there. I had no idea about this fee and asked if I could pay it in the morning. That was before we saw the room. He kept my id and in the morning I asked about the condition of room and the 2 beds. The owner who drives a luxury suv said we don’t offer 2 beds so too bad. And the $ is not a deposit but rather an additional fee for booking online. WT French toast?!?! Do not stay here. The lady who was at the counter was awesome. But the man is a hell to the no. The door was busted and the air and bugs would come in through the hole in the bottom. These pictures are not from the hotel. These are pics from somewhere else. This is not at all like it was advertised.

The door did not lock, we had to put the dresser in front of the door. Had to get new sheets because the sheets had multiple hairs in them. Hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Small pieces of trash on the floor. The remote does not change the volume . Electrical outlet by the bed did not work. Toilet not flushing properly. And I had reserved a king side bed but got a double bed !

Fue de lo peor, estaba sucio, no limpiaron cuabdo yo llegue, tube que pedir cambio de sabanas y solo las dejaton yo las cambie, el baño y el papel higienico tenian sangre, y dieron publicidad fraudulenta ellos no manejan cuartos con 2 camas matrimoniales, solo con 2 camas individuales y king asi que dormimos 2 adultos y 2 niños en una sola cama king y nosotros limpiamos la habitacion, al hacer el check in me cobraron 35 dls por servicio que ni me brindaron,y lleno de cucarachas grandes que lastima que hoteles.com se preste a promocionar este tipo de cuartuchos porque no llego ni a motel.
