Great location quiet neighborhood

We are in town for my son‘s graduation and the property was conveniently located. Close to many shopping sources and roads are highways with easy access to all parts of town.

Great location

This is a great part of Salt Lake. We really enjoyed the property, though the low ceilings and stairs to the lower level meant most had to stay on the main floor. But the owner was great and communicated well. We were really comfortable and had what we needed.

Great Cozy Place

Excellent location and funky little space!

My son and I and his girlfriend stayed here for a week long senior year getaway, and it was fantastic! The location was excellent, the space was adorable, and Kim was extra accommodating for us. We would stay here again for sure!

Great location and host

I enjoyed staying at this residence. The place was clean and the host was incredibly nice and accommodating. The location is great for people trying to do things in and around sugar house. Would recommend.

Wonderful respite

I was delivering a car to my daughter in Salt Lake City. She flew in from Denver and I drove out from California. The house was nice, clean, communication was excellent, and the house was exactly as described.It is also within walking distance of a number of restaurants, though the evening we were there was a bit chillier than we desired.

Great place to stay in SLC

A neat and clean place to play with a proper one bedroom and bath, and lots of extra room in the basement. There's convenient check in process and off-road parking. My friends and I enjoyed our overnight stay here.

Great spot for us

This rental was perfect for our family of 4 visiting our son at The U and wanting to do excursions and campus tours etc. close to the cool Sugar House neighborhood. Great communication from host.

Clean and comfortable

I had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and so close to coffee shops and restaurants. The furnishings are nice and it is obvious the host wants to make guests comfortable. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive. Parking was so easy right next to the apartment.

House was good!

The house was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, I felt like we were in a safe place. The downside of our stay was the smell and sticky surfaces. The garbage had not been taken out, the Kureg was a mess and still had an old pod it in, the table was sticky and there were messes on the walls. I am thankful that the toilet was clean and the beds were made with clean sheets.

Weekend stay

This property was easy to access and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The owner was a great communicator and everything was as shown on the booking information. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. If I ever revisit the area I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, super cute decor, comfy beds, kitchen with everything we needed (including tons of spices and other basics)! Stayed four nights with my son, and found the Sugar House Hideaway to be a lovely home base for our daily adventures nearby and further away. Fast, easy communication with host. After a long drive and a week in the summer heat, we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed in Kim's place. The check-in instructions were clear and communication with Kim was excellent. Great neighborhood for a morning stroll. Would definitely recommend!

Super Cute

This place was perfect for our stay. Convenient location and within walking distance to Macey's Grocery Store. Very comfortable bed on main floor. In-house washer and dryer. Easy communication with host. We will definitely stay here again.

Family visit

I was in town with my 75 year old parents to visit my son. We loved the location, so many places we could walk to! The bathroom and a bedroom were upstairs which was perfect for my parents. I was able to stay in the cute space downstairs. Great living room to hang out and visit in. Kim was always quick to respond if I had any questions, we would stay here again!

Location, location, location

This cute little place is located in Sugar House District just blocks from restaurants and several breweries. It is in a super quiet neighborhood. We had a blast of cold weather but the house was nice and warm and quite comfortable. The host is very quick to respond to messages. The kitchen is stocked with spices etc. There are lots of extra blankets and pillows to get cozy.The downstairs is a bit musty as it is basement space. But other than that was was a great spot for our first stay in Salt Lake City

Great Space/Location

A few of us stayed here in winter since it was an ideal location to get to the ski slopes. We had never been to SLC before and quickly realized without knowing that this place was in a super ideal neighborhood with plenty of options for dining, groceries, and coffee spots. Pictures were pretty much spot on, and there was plenty of room for us. This would be ideal for a bach group as there were lots of sleeping options upstairs/downstairs in nooks and in rooms. Check in and out was very easy! We cooked most of our meals and there were plenty of pots pans and supplies to do so. Great place for a weeklong ski trip without having to spend tons of money closer to the mountains!

Great location, average place

Wonderful location in the Sugarhouse neighborhood. The home was very cute and well decorated, but a bit small for our family of 4. The kitchen was a little hard to navigate— a tiny dishwasher that didn’t fit the dishes provided, only 4 large plates, etc. made it hard to cook and clean up for 4 people. The hot water was way too hot, beyond scalding, and this made using the faucets a pain. The biggest bummer was the home odor— after searching specifically for a no pets rental due to my family’s allergies, we were disappointed that the home smelled like pets had lived there for awhile. It may have just been the quite worn carpet, but it was unpleasant all the same. Overall it was a comfortable, cute place in a great location but fairly average for the price.

Great property and location; very cute

Great property; close to everything in Sugarhouse (including the park which is 4 mins away which is a great walking/running park) and Salt Lake. Very comfortable for myself and four kids who stayed off and on for 9 nights. Lots of extra sheets, blankets and towels. Wonderful laundry room...hanging clothes dry really quick as nice and warm in there. Completely safe neighborhood. Delicious food nearby...my favs are Beard Papa, Cafe Rio, and Hruska's Kolaches. I didn't have any need to communicate with the owner while we were there, so can't speak to that. But she is an incredibly thoughtful host as there were lots of little touches to make things very comfortable. There is one bathroom, three beds which I felt were very comfortable (twin and two rooms with doubles or queens, not sure which), then five other spots where people could sleep... one a mattress on a ledge, a massive bean bag then two other spots where you could put twin blow up mattresses (bring your own), plus a sleeper sofa. Decorated very cute, too. Of note: hot water may run out by third shower in a row, so stagger accordingly.
