This property is pretty bare bones, but provided us with a clean, convenient place to stay near Salt Lake and the ski resorts. We enjoyed that there was a garage and fenced yard.

Perfect for the family

Our stay was great! The house was cozy and perfect for our family. There is a park for the kids down the street which was a huge win with my two. We loved that it wasnt far from our needs. Definitely would and will book again!

The house was in a great location and close enough to whatever you may want to do in Salt Lake. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was a great host and was quick to reply with any questions we had and made sure we had a good time. Definitely would rebook this place again.

Excellent Location and well set up

Some friends of mine and I traveled to Utah to duck hunt with local friends and this house was perfect. Comfortable rooms, great kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The garage was perfect to unload and store gear each evening with the laundry room right next to the garage. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and everything worked great. Our host was always quick to respond with any questions we had. I intend to stay here again when we return next fall.

Nice Home in A Friendly Neighborhood

I was very pleased with this rental home and would definitely stay here again. The home was very well-maintained with all the amenities and was situated in a very friendly, safe neighborhood. Property is very conveniently located near downtown Salt Lake, shopping and restaurants. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable when we walked into the home. Good location and in a nice neighborhood. Basically it is clean but needs some cosmetic paint work. The kitchen has bare bones for cooking utensils, pans, and serving/baking dishes. We enjoyed our stay and things were close by.
