Explore this elegant villa with a breathtaking view and a heated infinity pool! Perched on the renowned Corniche d'Or and recently renovated with refinement, this air-conditioned residence is a true haven of peace. Just a few steps from the sea, only 200 meters from the sandy beach of Anthéor and 500 meters from the first cove, this villa offers a spectacular view of the Mediterranean, its yachts, and its cruise ships.

With six parking spaces, a charging point for electric cars, and a basement equipped with fitness equipment and a ping-pong table, everything is designed for your comfort. Each of the six air-conditioned bedrooms has a private shower room, storage space, and a TV. The Master Suite, located upstairs, has a dressing room with a nursery, a shower room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Two other bedrooms also have private terraces with sea views. The spacious living room offers a panoramic view of the ocean thanks to a large bay window opening onto a terrace overlooking the heated pool.

Independently of the villa and unrelated to our agency, an 18-meter boat is available for rent, with a captain depending on the season. Two Yamaha underwater scooters and two paddleboards are also at your disposal.

On WhatsApp, a dedicated group is created upon your reservation to facilitate your stay. The villa managers and you participate in it for quick and efficient communication before and during your stay.

Upon your arrival, one or more agents will welcome you and conduct a digital inventory, which will be posted on the WhatsApp group dedicated to your rental.

If no damage is found, the deposit will be automatically released by the booking platform, according to their terms of service. Please note that we do not have access to this deposit and do not handle any financial transactions.

In case of damages found at your departure, the photos posted on the WhatsApp group at your arrival will serve as proof, preventing any misunderstanding or dispute between the involved parties.

According to the law, the tenant can replace the damaged items with identical ones before their departure or find an amicable agreement with the owner. Failing this, the deposit will be blocked until the owner mandates a company and obtains a quote from it.

Arrival is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with the possibility of arriving earlier upon request. Departure is scheduled between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, with the possibility of leaving later upon request. Outside of agency hours, a travel fee of 50€ will be requested in cash upon arrival or departure.

Cleaning is included, but we ask you to empty the dishwasher and trash bins before leaving and to clean the barbecue after each use.

The pool is not equipped with lighting at the moment. The Wi-Fi is ADSL. The provided linen includes a bath towel and a hand towel per person, as well as bedding for all bedrooms. Replacement during your stay is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee, provided the request is made in advance. Additionally, we offer pool towels for rent at 6€ per person per week.
