Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren`t able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ`s, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
Lead booker must be at least 21 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.
