Very nice place, highly recommended

Highly recommended. Very cosy place. Interior of the room is nice and modern. Breakfast is self made (ingredients in the common kitchen), which is really handy, especially when travelling with kid(s) (can have late nite snack..). Our room had access to common outside area, which was really nice. Staff was super friendly, and arranged us luggage storage /access to toilet on day of departure. We were the only customers in the B&B at the time, so hard to say anything about possible noise, overall it was very quiet. Location is good, short walk from Termini, Metro station(s) nearby and restaurants also. We only stayed one night, last day of travel you know, but wish we would have stayed longer.

Alojamiento muy bien situado, se puede ir a la mayoría de los sitios de interés andando. Destacaria la amabilidad de la propietaria. Desayuno correcto, pero se puede mejorar.

Buena relación precio / calidad buena ubicacón.

Muy centríco , la mayoria se puede visitar andando. Fuente de Trevi y Coliseo a media hora. En la habitción principal se puede dormir muy bien con las ventanas cerradas, no se escucha nada del ruido de la calle. No es un hotel, es un Bed and Breakfast. El desayuno no se puede comparar el desayuno de un hotel de 3 o 4 estrellas. Es mas simple pero OK. Limpieza bien. En general recomendable.

구글 네비 켜고도 찾기어려움

우리가족은 되게 운이 좋았음. 1. 구글네비켜고도 위치 찾기가 어려움. 무지 당황함. 간판같은거 없음. 2. 가는 첫날 보일러고장나서 영하의 날씨 샤워 못하고 잠. 둘째날도 보일러 고장, 미칠것 같다고 그랬더만 밤 늦게 다른 호텔로 옮겨줌, 여기보다 좋은 호텔이니 피해본건 퉁치자함. 3. 굉장히 힘들었는데 호텔 옮겨준 책임감에 감동함. 4. 이제부턴 직원이 상주안하는 호텔은 절대 예약하지 않을것임.

Very nice stay at hotel relax

We had a very pleasant stay at Christina's place. It is close to roma termini train station and in walking distance to the city center. We only needed public transportation to go to ostia antica and to the vatican, otherwise everything is manageable on foot. Christina is very nice and caters to your every need. Breakfast is included in the price, but consists of prepacked croissants (considering the price, this is fair). If you prefer fresh pastries, head to the bakery on the corner, which has very nice coffee and pastries. For this price, you will not find a better hotel in this area!

NOT a Hotel, but a Room in someones Apt

Terrible Experiece. This is NOT a hotel, not even a bed and breakfast. This is a lady who is renting a room. We got there and the bed was not made, and we were waiting along some other people who were waiting for them as well and were going to get an "apartment" as well. We were waiting for the girl outidise of the building. In the door bell, it had a sticker that said: Door bell broke, please call a number to let me know ur here. And we in a foreign country not always have a way to do so unless we get a pay phone or wifi to call through Skype. Then, like 20 minutes later the girl came and opened the building door to us and the other people who were waiting.. took us to the 2nd floor, opened a door like a hall way and showed us our "Room" next to the other people's room. We had to share a bathroom. The bed was not even made, like the people who "Checked out" has just left. When we ask about getting a key, they told us we had to call before getting there and someoone was gonna go open the door for us... i mean, worse experience ever ever.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP

This should not be on Hotels.com as it's a B&B that you have to call when you arrive. It ruined my stay in Rome and I had to get another room and pay double for my one night there. The owner says they clearly noted that I'd need to call upon arrival but this is only noted in the fine print of the confirmation email, so I easily missed it. Avoid at all costs! Who has a phone when they are travelling internationally? So stupid to force a traveler to call you upon arrival. They could have at least reached out to me and requested a meeting time. Don't book unless you want to be hassled by calling and making plans to waste your time on holiday. DO NOT BOOK THIS AND STAY AT A LOCAL HOTEL!!

Maravilloso hospedaje

Este alojamiento, regentado por una chica italiana muy simpática llamada Andrea, es un auténtico lujo. Queda en una zona bonita, cerca de Termini. De allí puedes ir andando hasta varios monumentos y lugares de interés. El wifi funciona perfectamente y la propiedad es bellísima. Recomiendo enormemente este lugar y quiero volver pronto!

Abgewohntes Zimmer mit Dusche, ohne Service

Das Relax ist eine Wohnung, in der 3 Zimmer mit Bad vermietet werden. In der Küche kann man sich einen Tee kochen oder Kekse und abgepackte Cornetti verzehren. Es wird aber kein Frühstück serviert, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Vermieterin Christina haben wir bei unser Ankunft Gott sei Dank angetroffen. Sie hat ihre Telefonnummer an die Klingeln des Wohnhauses geklebt, damit man sie erreichen kann. Sie betreut aber noch anderer Wohnungen in Rom. Nach der freundlichen Begrüßung sahen wir Christina persönlich nicht wieder. Um warm zu duschen musste man den Boiler im Außenbereich programmieren, was nach einem Telefongespräch und viel Zeit gelang (ich spreche Italienisch) Repariert wurde nichts! Am nächsten Tag wieder Kaltwasser! Die Zimmer sind im Gegensatz zu den Fotos ziemlich abgewohnt. Ich weiß nicht, wie es Personen schaffen, ihre Fußabdrücke in der Höhe von einem Meter anzubringen. Wie auch immer, das gehört entfernt! Fazit: äußerst einfache Unterkunft ohne Service, Frühstück selbst zuzubereiten, billigste Duschvorrichtungen, kaltes Zimmer bei Ankunft,...

Πολύ κομπλέ.

Πολυ καλό δωμάτιο, ανετο και πεντακαθαρο. Με το μονο πρόβλημα να ειναι οτι για τριτο ατομο δίνουν ενα Ραντσο μικρουτσικο, κατα τα αλλα το δωματιο δεν ειχε μεγαλη διαφορα με δωματιο ελληνικου ξενοδοχειου. Το πρωινό απλο και καλο. Η τοποθεσία άριστη για όσους θελουν να μεινουν κοντα στο Τermini

Gemütliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, gemütlich, relativ groß und gut ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, unser Zimmer hatte sogar direkten Zugang zur Terrasse (Zimmer Pantheon). Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und für einen Nachmittagssnack sehr praktisch. Auf dem Stockwerk sind noch 3 weitere Zimmer ähnlicher Größe und Ausstattung. In de Küche hat man die Möglichkeit mit den anderen Hotelgästen in ein Gespräch zu kommen, wenn man möchte.

Non un hotel ma un b&b

La mia esperienza in questa struttura non è stata come me l'aspettavo. Diversi sono stati gli inconvenienti in due giorni di pernottamento,magari sfortunati, però ci sono stati: per esempio mancanza dell'acqua calda, senza alcuna comunicazione da parte del personale; arrivare in un b&b quando ti aspetti un hotel con la colazione inclusa e servita invece che merendine confezionate e caffè solubile....ho dormito in diversi B&B a Roma e non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere...non penso che lo consiglierei a qualche amico....mi spiace

엄청 친절했고, 숙소는 넓고 편안했으며, 깔끔합니다. 짧은 시간동안 있어서 오히려 너무 아쉬웠던 곳!! 늦은 시간에 도착해 전화를 해야했으나, 전화가 되지 않는 유심이라서 지나가던 행인에게 부탁을 해야했지만, 그분을 포함하여 모두가 친절했습니다. 식사도 자유롭게 할 수 있는 부엌이 있었고 화장실도 청결하고 넓어서 매우 만족스럽습니다.

Not really a hotel

A nice apartment with four rooms - but not a hotel - breakfast is in the kitchen - self service and mainly continental unless you buy the ingredients and cook yourself. Very friendly ladies running the show and decent location
