Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We never got any replies to messages sent to the host prior to check in time! I should have known that was a red flag; hoped it was due to no cell signal! When time to check in came we never got instruction how to access the property! VRBO did cancel our reservation and is issuing a refund! Time lost from my precious trip with friends I will never get back dealing with customer service and trying to contact the host PRICELESS! This listing needs to be removed fromVRBO so nobody else gets in this position!
