"It is on the ocean nice pools only 1 restaurant included in All Inclusive. Some rooms are updated and some are not. The location is perfect if you want to be in Zona Romantic area!"

"Lovely location, comfortable bed, clean room. Bathroom needs an upgrade for sure, it’s a bit cramped and old but is still functional and clean. Ideal room if looking for quick beach & pier access. Good location for those avoiding steeper areas of the romántica zone. Staff are very friendly and accommodating! Recommend getting a room with ocean view/deck nice spot to hang out in the morning and evenings! I would stay here again."

"The restrooms need to be remodeled. They may be clean but looked dirty. It took us four hours to check in. They couldn’t find our reservation. We had to cancel and rebook with Expedia. The food was so so and I simply did not enjoy it here. I’ve been to valllarta for years and this is the second time I am disappointed. It’s not necessary. If the room is a 100.00 room, why do you charge 200.00? It’s not nice. "
