The hot tub is reserved for guest's use only, and may be used day and night - 24/7!

The yard areas and grill on deck are shared. Table & chairs w/umbrella on deck and table & chairs lower lawn are shared areas.
There's a dog run between yards, and a door on 1 end.

The space
The Two "bedroom areas" are separated by a half wall and TV turns to accommodate both beds, or living room.

Washer/dryer located in Host home- available on request. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.

2 very comfortable queen-size beds, private bath, Comfortable living room with overstuffed couch and two overstuffed recliners. Dining room table with 4 chairs (for dining, game play, working vacations, etc.).

Deck, charcoal grill, table w/umbrella & chairs are shared. Charcoal, lighter fluid, and long lighter provided. Back yard with fence and table & chairs & front yard with fence are shared.

Private parking in back driveway for 2 vehicles, 1 for each unit.
There's also plenty of public parking (with gate access) on the side of the street next to to unit.

We are on 2 corners and only have 1 neighbor behind a tall wood fence.

Please follow procedure for operation in person at your convenience- REQUIRED-
Access to hot tub is unlimited anytime after initial instructions on operation from host.

ICE CAVES (seasonal), so beautiful!! Slippery- if entered be cautious.

Several lakes, Colorado River, lots of fishing, and seasonal outdoor events.

Take the Gondola up the Mountain to
Glenwood Springs Caverns -
with Cave Tours, thrill rides, beer, food, gift shop and Music Venues.

Finish off with a hike to a natural hot springs or make reservations for Hot Springs in Glenwood with Massage options too!!
