This is a nice, basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but provided everything we needed for an overnight stay. We needed a place to stay overnight for the Family Weekend at EKU. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the interstate and the university.
We were disappointed in the cleaning of the room and bathroom - the bathroom floor was not swept or washed from Wednesday to Sunday morning. We did not receive refills of shampoo, body lotion, etc.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was good.
"Super clean hotel with excellent customer service"
We were traveling from Atlanta to Wisconsin and reserved a room here en route. We arrived about 10 p.m. and were greeted by one of the friendliest and most helpful desk clerks I have ever run across. The whole facility was spotless and the room and amenities were just great. Highly recommend.
