"Super clean hotel with excellent customer service"
We were traveling from Atlanta to Wisconsin and reserved a room here en route. We arrived about 10 p.m. and were greeted by one of the friendliest and most helpful desk clerks I have ever run across. The whole facility was spotless and the room and amenities were just great. Highly recommend.
My two sisters and I were in town for a concert at the local college. This was a much nicer option than a hotel room! We stayed in the Ashley suite with two double beds, a small kitchenette and a separate living area. The bathroom was very nice too.
A half-mile from Eastern Kentucky University, this brick hotel is also less than 2 miles from the Arnim D. Hummel …More
Very nicely appointed rooms. All the amenities included. Ours even had food in the fridge. We were hoping that was the only thing missed by the cleaning dept. I would suggest also that the metal tab on the bed frame be hidden or otherwise made safer. My husband cut his foot on the sharp edge, as it sticks out in the center of the frame where he sat down to get into bed. Otherwise, it was a nice room and good stay. The breakfast was very good and kept well stocked.
Se checked in after 9pm and were given a room on third floor and it reeked of smoke even though there are No Smoking signs on all of the doors. We were moved to another room and that was much better. Receptionist was very calm about it, not much in the way of apology but took us to another room and checked it first and then went back to check our other room.
The hotel is nice and clean. It has a kitchenette in the room and breakfast was good.
