This newly remodeled home with a Hot tub and a lovely backyard is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood.

Very close to I-5, CA-44 & 299 within 5 minutes; perfect for when traveling to Mount Shasta, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Castle Craigs, Shasta Lake or Burney Falls! The location is central to outdoor adventures, conferences and shopping in Redding. Within two miles from Redding Civic, Sundial Bridge, Downtown, Bethel and great restaurants.

All bedsheets & pillow cases are hypoallergenic sets.

The home is sanitized thoroughly before and after each guest with non-toxic & environmentally friendly cleaning supplies.

Amenities include full kitchen access with basic spices, coffee & tea, an eight seater dining table, WIFI + Internet, free parking, and a hot tub for a relaxing getaway!
Please note: We keep up with Hot tub maintenance and clean up after each guest to ensure it's working properly. But we cannot guarantee it to be in working condition in case of any unforeseen circumstances with damage or improper use from prior guests.

Two parking spaces in the garage, plus 2 on driveway. City of Redding will charge penalty for guests who park on the street. Be mindful of neighbors.
Up to $1000 cleaning fee for smoking/vaping & use of any legal or illegal weed/drugs on property. Any fees refunded to next guests are also charged.

What a gem

Absolutely amazing beautiful, clean, and quiet! Rachel is an amazing host. In constant communication and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress free and relaxing. We came up there to work at a school and couldn’t wait to get back to the house to relax and get some rest. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this home! You will not be disappointed.

Eden retreat was great!

The property was just what we needed. We stayed with two families and the large number of beds came in very handy. The spa was very nice during the chilly nights. The place was clean with a nice kitchen.Rachel, the host, was nice and very responsive to messages.Overall great experience with her and her property! We would gladly stay there again.

We loved this home!

This home is cute, clean, conveniently located, and I liked that there was a Bible verse on the wall, which was one of the reasons why I chose it. It was a home away from home for us and we were happy to be there. We will be coming back to Redding in the future and we will definitely come back to this house.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Huge relaxing backyard with a picnic table, hot tub, basketball hoop, plenty of outdoor seating & cool lighting. A home away from home!

This home is exactly as advertised, it exceeded my expectations. We loved the home so much, the location was nice, felt safe and comfortable. Really nice place

This is a nice place with a hot tub and BBQ grill, which were important to us. Convenient location to where we wanted to get to (fishing trip) and Rachel was really considerate on a few things we asked about, super responsive! Beds were very comfortable as was the dining and TV area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!

Overall Eden Retreat was fantastic! My family and I enjoyed the house. The house was super clean and just as described. The location was perfect. Rachel was a great host always attentive to making sure we were ok. She even gave us great waterfall locations to visit. We would definitely recommend Eden Retreat!

The place was so nice. Nicely decorated and super clean! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen table big enough to seat everyone. The back patio area was nice and private. Hot tub was nice and clean. The house was comfortable and enjoyed by all of us. Everything in it updated and very well maintained. And the owner was prompt in getting back to me with any questions.

Perfect Retreat

This house was the perfect size to accommodate 3 families with teens for a weekend at the lake. Such a cute, cozy & clean house. Everything you need was available and easy to find. Location was an easy drive to the lake, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. I would highly recommend a stay at Eden Retreat; it really is a treat. Rachel was an awesome host and promptly responded to any questions I had. We would definitely book another stay.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

The pictures did not do this justice. I stayed for the weekend with my family while looking at different areas for our possible relocation. It was beautifully decorated, quiet and peaceful, great location, furniture was comfortable, and we especially loved all of the quotes, scriptures and signs. And the communication was always responsive and easy. If we ever need a place to stay in Redding again, I would book this home without hesitation.

Celebrations in Eden Retreat

Everything was beautiful and cozy. We loved the big dining table and the kitchen area accommodated several people all using the space together. We enjoyed seeing Redding Celebration of Lights as well as talking some river walks. Unfortunately it was quite chilly so we didn’t use the outdoor area or fire pit. The one thing we could recommend would be to have a larger coffee pot. Overall it was a great stay and we were very happy with our choice to stay at Eden Retreat.

Our stay was great, Pros beds are cozy, the spa was wonderful, the home was large enough that 8 of us stayed and were not crowded at all. The host was fast to respond and very nice, house was in a great neighborhood close to just about everything we wanted to do,The house was pretty updated newer appliances. Con’s I wish there was a screen door on the sliding door we had kids under one with us and the slider was very hard to open, kitchen has basic cookware very minimal bathrooms are very small but functional. I would stay here again if we return to Redding in the future it really is a great home.

The home was very inviting and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spacious. I appreciated that the hosts were generous with their disposals such as paper towels and toilet paper - it just doesn’t feel like vacation if you have to go buy TP. I asked the host a question shortly after arrival and she answered promptly and then checked to make sure I received her reply. As we visited in February the weather was raining and cold - so we didn’t get to explore the backyard too much but it looked lovely and the kids braved the rain and enjoyed the hot tub. Overall the house and host were wonderful!

Perfect stay!

This stay was a dream! The house was first off so cute, the decor and aesthetic was so cozy! We have two littles and one pack and play but they were able to provide us with another which was so convenient. Everything was clean and easy to find (except we couldn’t find the broom or brush that goes with the dust pan but not a big deal, there’s a vacuum lol) The home was in a really cute, SAFE, neighborhood. We were like 5-10 minutes from pretty much where ever we were going. The hot tub was a perfect way for us to relax after putting the kiddos down, it was one of the reasons we specifically chose this home! I would 100% stay here again and tell my friends and family about it! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
