Monolocale, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, carino , ottima posizione, ideale per piccole famiglie . Foto corrispondenti alla realtà ! Unico neo..l’appartamento situato in una strada trafficata e chiassosa

Piccolo appartamento

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti ed eravamo in 3, ma la camera può a mio avviso ospitare solo 2 ospiti in quanto piccolina e con un letto matrimoniale. Il divano letto è molto scomodo per dormire. L’acqua, dopo alcuni minuti, diventa fredda! Posizione comoda poiché a soli 300 metri dalla metro, ma molto rumorosa anche di notte.

Estancia en apartamentos Jardines real rent

La verdad que los apartamentos estan bien, limpios y en un entorno tranquilo, bien comunicados ya que tienes el tranvia y el bus al lado para moverte por la ciudad sin necesidad de coger el coche, pero no todo es bueno, la cama es INSUFRIBLE, y yo creo que es una de las cosas mas importantes a la hora de irse de vacaciones, el descanso es necesario, si la cama hubiese sido algo mas comoda la estancia hubiera sido perfecta pero.....el colchon durisimo, la almohadas blandisimas y el somier...era mejor no moverse porque hacia un ruido que parecia que se iba a romper el cualquier momento. Quitando lo de la cama el resto del apartamento estaba bien, equipado con lo necesario y limpio( muy importante). Mi nota global seria un 7.

Zentral und praktisch

Zentral gelegen und auch abends gut zu erreichen; in der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Lokale, sodass man nie Hunger haben muss. Das Appartement ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett quietscht ziemlich laut und man sollte wissen, dass es nur eine große Decke für beide gibt (falls das relevant ist).

Real rent Jardines de viveros

The apartment was clean and close to where we wanted to be in the Valencia suburbs, around a 20min walk to the old town. It felt safe and secure and quiet. My only gripe was the bed frame, it was squeaky so that every turn in it woke us up. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor just so that we could get some sleep!

Groot en je voelt je Valenciaan 😊

Groot, ruim en compleet. Tot föhn en oven en wasmachine toe. Overall fijne plek. Nadelen: bed in de slaapkamer erg hard en kraakt, geen balkon, er mag geen gebruik van het zwembad worden gemaakt en inchecken met codes. Geen receptie.

Good space, bad furniture, no service

We were in a huge apartment with good quality kitchen and floor tile but cheap badly worn stained furniture. The biggest issue we had was with support services. There are NONE. No staff on site. No way to get mail. No printer. There is an automated lockbox to get your keys but our keys weren't there when we arrived even though we'd been asked what time we were arriving. No easy way to store luggage if you arrive early or depart late. Neighborhood is Benimaclet, 20 minute walk from center but good public transportation. Few good restaurants in area but lively with many shops and snack bars.

Würde das Appartement wieder nutzen!

Die Lage des Appartements ist verkehrstechnisch super: Metrostation mit direkter Linie vom und zum Flughafen (L3) in nächster Nähe, Bus ins Zentrum (Nr.70) auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite. Das Appartement ist gross und hell, etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man so brauchen könnte (vollständige Küche, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc.). Die Übergabe der Schlüssel über eine Safebox mit Code hat prima funktioniert. Der Service (telefonisch und Email) war tipp-top. Würde das Appartement bei einem nächsten Besuch Valencias wieder nutzen.

Nice but unclean

The studio was ok, the bathroom really nice, however, the cleaning was bad and the bed was uncomfortable. The metro station is close, as are the supermarket and a big nice park, and just about a 15 min walk to the city centre.

דירה נחמדה, לא מאובזרת מספיק

זה לא מלון, זו דירה בבית דירות. לכן יש פחות נוחות עם שעות הגעה ואין אפשרות להשאיר מזוודות. הציוד בדירה היה דל מאוד: רק מגבת אחת לאדם, אין כמעט מצרכים וכלי מטבח בסיסיים, אין סבון, חומרי ניקוי וכו'. היינו צריכים לערוך קניות להשלים חסרים מייד כשהגענו.

Appartamento curato, senza fronzoli. Pulizia ottimale Un po' scarsa la biancheria bagno e totalmente assenta in cucina. Posizione interessante per gestire al meglio spostamenti in citta' Servizio accoglienza , Patricia, puntuale e organizzata.

просторный номер, два санузла

Просторные апартаменты для 5-х взрослых, два санузла, просторная кухня( всего хватало). Далековато от моря, но если на общественном транспорте, то недалеко, до исторического центра пешком 20 минут, рядом красивый парк( для прогулок очень удобно). Магазинов продовольственных много и тоже рядом. Вобщем нам понравилось.
