Terrible experience!

Property owner canceled reservation without letting us know and did not respond to text or calls. The neighborhood was run down with an abandoned house right next door. There was trash scattered beside and across the street from the rental. The rental was down a dirt dead end street with run down houses.

Bad communication

I booked in December of 2024 for an April 2025. For Two days before our trip I was texting and messaging the host about arriving instructions, PIN etc. No answer. We arrived and still no answer. It wasnt til I contacted VRBO directly to find out that the host never blocked out my time and the property was occupied. Only then did the host message back sayin I was being refunded.
