This home features a 3-bed, 2.5-bath just minutes from downtown Raleigh. The upper level features two king beds and one queen, along with two full baths. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space, plus a convenient half bath. The back of the home contains a backyard. Indulge in nearby culinary delights, including Poole's Diner, The Pit, and Brewery Bhavana all within a 5-minute drive. coffee shops and the NC Museums are just moments away.
The space
Welcome to this lovely home! You’ll have full access to the entire space.

The first floor features a convenient half bath, a dining area that seats six, and a cozy living room with a couch, two comfortable chairs, and extra ottoman seating.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating.

Upstairs, you’ll find three furnished bedrooms, each with two nightstands and lamps. Two rooms have king beds, while the third offers a queen.

The spacious backyard is perfect for enjoying morning sunlight, featuring a six-person table for outdoor dining.

The driveway can accommodate one car, but there’s plenty of street parking available.

Located just 5 minutes from downtown Raleigh, you’ll have easy access to great restaurants along with great coffee shops and more fun things to do!

Great Stay!

I came into town with my oldest friend to check out a tournament at the convention center. We had a blast. The property was clean and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable. Security features on the house make you feel safe and sound If I have occasion to come back to Raleigh I would definitely stay here again..
