Enjoy the spa amenities of this tastefully remodeled home nestled amongst the trees on a dead-end street. Located in Chapel Hill on the edge of the Durham border. There's a 5 person hot tub, spa robes, a high-end, full body massage chair, and a 120' projector TV to enjoy in front of the remote-controlled gas fireplace. There's even a 20X60 fenced area for your furry friends to hang out.
Please note- the property manager lives in a totally separate apartment at the rear of the house. You will have total privacy during your relaxing stay.

Please place towels and robes in the washing machine and start the machine with the quick wash cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO pets on any furniture. Please clean up after your pets. Cleaning service charges $100 if they need to clean up the yard or house after pet stays.
Absolutely NO smoking on the property. There is a $100 fee if the property needs to be cleaned of smoke smell, butts or ash.
Please keep the noise down. Weekday quite hours at 10pm -8:00. Weekend quite hours at 11pm -9am.
