"We stayed two nights and everything was excellent. Since checking to checkout, the staff was super helpful, the hotel provided us with transfer to beach and Manuel Antonio's Park. My only regret was to have stayed only 2 nights. "

"Vernita was incredible. We talked about different cultures, and had a very interesting conversation. She recommended a place to eat dinner, and it was good.
I walked down the hill, a couple of times, to Quepos.
It was a nice place, and everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area.
I saw two red Macaws fly overhead. It was a sight to see.
I would recommend the place to people that don’t want to stay in a hotel. It’s safe, and secure."

"A equipe tem muito boa intenção com o atendimento, mas no geral considero a hospedagem mediana.
A cabana é limpinha, mas muito difícil acesso para chegar. O carro fica estacionado no topo e descemos uma rampa grande e escadas pachegar aí quarto. "

"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...

"We had a wonderful stay here - truly a 5 star experience. The personalized concierge service was amazing. Dining and included breakfast were outstanding."

"We liked the proximity to the National Park. Food and drinks are overpriced at this property. For the level of hotel should at least offer water in the rooms. Other than that its a nice Hotel, I would recommend it for people coming to Manuel Antonio Park. "

"The staff was amazing but there was a ton of construction happening while we were there. They said it don’t start until 8am but we heard it much earlier than that. "
"Fantastic resort! Everything was beyond expectations. The grounds and pools are gorgeous with amazing views and food is always super fresh and delicious. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and friendly - especially Pablo, Jordan, Jackie, Roberto, Jaffeth. Parador is a very special place that made us feel like we are part of their family. Hope to return soon!"
"We LOVE this place. The staff are all amazing, every one. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The views are breathtaking. The breakfast is the same every day though they do change the fruit, but it doesn’t matter because there is enough choice. Breakfast is with a beautiful view.
We sacrificed a pool for 7 nights for this hotel (with two young kids!) and ended up staying an extra night because it’s awesome. We did day passes at other local hotels to use their pools and went to the beach.
Perfectly in the middle of Quepos and MA so was great to go to either place. I’m happy we weren’t at one end.
I only put a lost star due to the hanging bridges, I feel they could be safer. Our 4 year old was fine directly with us but we always had to hold the baby. We only did two morning tours, but both awesome. Monkeys visited for breakfast one morning, toucans several mornings in the trees. Sloths on the free tours. Iguanas.
The staff are always attentive and also drive you in the golf cart if you need a ride one way up or down the hill. "
"Absolutely LOVED this place. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Gorgeous views. Very easy check in and check out. Good food and drinks. Great location. I would stay here every time in Manuel Antonio. Hands down without question. Thank you!"
"We stayed at three different places in Costa Rica - Manuel Antonio, Monteverde, and La Fortuna. We loved this place the best. The breakfasts are AMAZING!!! We say monkeys, a sloth, lizards, and scarlet macaws, all from the hotel. "
"Rooms are very large and very clean. Beds are very firm. Nice balcony!
The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the young man who took us to our room, was probably new and overloaded the elevator and broke it. The other staff rescued us quickly. There are iron spiral staircases, which we used the remainder of stay, being very careful because it was raining. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Close to Manuel Antonio national Park.
