The location and the price was great. Parking was on the street and was difficult to fine. The property only has two single used bathrooms for approximately 4-5 bedrooms.

The hostess was not much of a help. Had to make up my own bed. plus the bed frame was made of 2 x 4's. No towels or facecloths in the bathroom to take a shower. They had a canvas covering the mattress, so it made a lot of noise when you moved around in bed, plus the train going by woke me up, so I didn't get much sleep. It is sure not a bed and breakfast and was not worth the $75.00 a night.

Les espaces communs sont très richement équipes et sympathiques et propres ! En revancheChambre un peu étroite pour 3 personnes... (Venise) même si le prix reste abordable. Attention aux rallonges électriques apparentes.

Attention ceci n'est pas un hôtel mais une maison de colocation !!! Vous louez une chambre puis tout est commun (cuisine, SDB, wc). Matelas dans la chambre par terre, photo site trompeuse. Arnaque comme vente. Nous avons dû avec nos 4 enfants trouver un hotel en urgence !!! Par contre jeunes hommes habitant la maison tres sympas. C'est un marchant de sommeil qui a des chambres jusque dans la cave 😡

Une maison de chambre

La classification d'Expedia n'est pas bonne, ce n'est pas un Hotel c'est une maison ou on loue des chambres. De plus on annonce un prix tres bas mais c'est faux car on paie plus cher la nuitee taxes en plus. Le jeune homme qui nous a recu est tres gentil. On nous a donne la chambre rouge au rez de chaussee, nous etions tres fatigues et nous y avons dormis une nuitee. Ca sentait l'humidite et c'etait une petite ''floride'', on a bronzer toute la nuit et la proprete est a zero plus une barre alors on vous la deconseille fortement. On nous a change de chambre pour la deuxieme nuit c'etait beaucoup mieux. Pour des parents avec quelques enfants qui veulent sauver de l'argent sur la nourriture il y a une cuisine, table, frigidaire ect. Il y a je crois sept chambres et trois sont potables. Les photos sont trompeuses. Mais je repete, le jeune homme qui nous a recu est tres gentil. Merci.

c'est trop cher puisque c'est aux darranger.

Not soo good not soo bad. Le fait de partager la toilette n est pas trop evident puis il fait vraiment chauf au moins un systeme de climatisation pourra faire l affaire.

It is a HOSTEL, not a HOTEL

Shared bathrooms, no idea who is in charge or who to talk to. Instructions were printed on 8pt font. Beds were terrible - no internet access. No signage. No parking.

Room was bedbug infested. Guess that is what we get for booking late.. I want a refund. Good luck! .

welcome spot for young travellers

If you are looking for simple accommodations while backpacking or travelling - this is the spot. With the next available room being 2.5x as expensive it did the trick. However know you are sharing everything. Not awful but not a hotel.

Peu cher pour peu

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est plutôt une maison dont on loue une chambre. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont partagées entre tous les clients. Parfait si c'est juste pour dormir. Si vous voulez passez du temps à l'hôtel, changez de place. Peu cher par rapport aux autres hôtels, mais ça vaut pas cher non plus.
