Generally, the hotel/apartment itself is depreciating. It’s convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We are not picky people but it’s really dirty, oftentimes no water running especially in the morning when you want to brush your teeth or flush the toilet. In short, I don't recommend the aparthotel. Unless you are on a budget tour.

My second time to Punta Cana by far the best experience. The employees were so incredibly nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re having a great time. I was so pleasantly surprised with the food, It was delicious. I would go back without hesitation.

My overall experience of my stay was okay. Location is very ideal for dining and shopping However, I would not book this place if I knew they only offered WiFi in public areas (misdescription). The actual name was Hotel Tropicana suites Deluxe not as listed. Communication prior to arrival was unsuccessful through Expedia app and I couldn’t install WhatsApp.
