The room was basic and a little sparse. Despite advertising a tv in both rooms of a junior suite, there was in fact only one. The hotel offered me a move after I had unpacked, which I declined.
A little incident when one of the cups for me to use,was covered in lipstick !! A platter of fruit was left to cmpensate

Breakfast was excellent and wide selection. Providing coffee and tea making facilities in the hotel room would also be a further improvement

Nice quality hotel. Nice clean room with a view over the pool. 6-7 minute walk to the beach but via a slightly grubby underpass. Breakfast was good. Close to the port for nightlife. Always a queue of taxis available. A supermarket and a few nice little food places for lunch right opposite.

The front desk staff were great as was housekeeping. The fact that you need to pay for your safe was a little iffy. The exchange rate in the hotel was great. Room service sucked. The breakfast buffet was ok but you have to like that kind of food that they served. The concierge to help book you day retreats sucked as well so i say make sure you have your itinerary planned in advanced. definitely speak some spanish!
