Expedia is the most Ignorant systematic stiler I will never use Expedia and I will post on my group to not use Expedia ever

Absolutely amazing

Where do I start, I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was super clean and very pretty. The breakfast was very healthy and delicious. I absolutely enjoyed my stay with you guys. Thank you so much.

Stay here!!!

We always have a great stay with the Hilton group, the staff is always very helpful and kind. The amenities are always top of the line and ensure that your comfortable while traveling. During this particular stay, Mateo at the reception was phenomenal. He really went out of his way to ensure our stay went smoothly and our Milan trip memorable.

Neighborhood location is relaxing and car friendly if you drive to the hotel. Metro station is just around the corner. One ride on the Metro you are in Milan city center where the Duomo and other city high lights are.

Falsche Buchung gemacht! Anstatt 21.12. denn 22.12. Kein unterstützt vom personal sehr unfreundlich! sie haben kekne telefon nummer gehabt von ebooker! ich war mit / Kinder und mein Mann unterwegs! Wie waren sehr müde! Im hotel hat man uns gedrängt 2 neue zimmer zu bezahlen und am montag die Gelegenheit zu Klären! Das Zimmer selbst war mässig! Keine Heizung und das telefon funktionierte nicht habe es gemeldet und sie haben gesagt man kann nichts machen! Um 24:30 uhr war ich immer noch wach und habe versucht mit ebookers zu reden um denn Fall zu klären! aber auch da ging das System nicht! somit war die Dienstleistung eine einzige katastrophe! von beiden Seiten! Ich frage mich warum Hilton die Reservation nicht umgebucht haben und warum Sie mit ebookers arbeiten aber keine Telefon nummer haben von Kundendienst falls etwas Passiert! Die verlangen noch ca 10 sfr Gebühren im Hotel und ich frage mich fuer was? Ich werde auf diese Seite hier nie wieder etwas Buchen noch ins Unfreundliche Hilton übernachtende ! Dieses Hotel hat nicht mit Hilfon zu tun!
