!!! Lo peor q he estado nunca!!!!

El alojamiento como tal se adapta a su descripción, aunque todo muy antiguo el baño especialmente y sucio. La ubicación buena, pero la gestión lo peor q he visto nunca, buscando problemas y no atendiendo, me arañaron el coche entero en el garaje y no se preocuparon ni quisieron saber nada, al parecer hubo más afectados culpándonos a nosotros, imaginaros iba con mi mujer e hijo de tres años de edad, procediendo a continuas faltas de respeto, incluso e indultos. Sinceramente mucho q desear y nunca lo recomendaría.

Muito boa experiência. Excelente localização e tudo conforme descrito. Muito bom também foi o atendimento e simpatia por parte da proprietária Isabel, que se prontificou com tudo para tornar a nossa estadia o mais agradável possível. Para repetir.

Bastante satisfeito

O apartamento é muito bom. De salientar e valorizar i) a disponibilidade que houve de fazer check-in mais cedo. ii) a localização é muito boa e iii) o facto de ter garagem é importante para aquela zona. Uma vez que é numa zona central, não houve necessidade de andar com o carro.

Problem with Isabel

When we arrived we were locked out and then isabel parents met us and they couldn't get key to work. Finally got in. Apartment was great but check in and check out was terrible. On check out we left key under isabel parents mat, they lived next door, as they did not answer door. I messaged isabel to tell her this and she said we should not do this and need to go back. We turned around and went back and left key on counter inside apartment and locked door. I told isabel this and she messaged me again to go back again and leave keys on coffee table, but we were half way to airport and she left no instructions. I have all messages. Then a day later isabel messaged me rudely to ask why we left door open and now she needs to go to check apt. We did not leave door open. I had to ask her to stop contacting me. I have all the messages. The vrbo experience was great. I will book again. But this experience was disappointing simply because of isabel customer service, terrible manner and lack of clarity.
