Cute home, interesting location

The place was really cute. Location was a bit unexpected because it was in a backyard. But we had access through the gate to get to the home with no issue, and the host respected our privacy during our stay. The house was clean and cozy.

Basic overnight stay.

Needed basic overnight accomodations before I got on a sailboat for 4 days in Port Charlotte. Clean, easy, nice smart TV, full kitchen, great water pressure, nice porch. This is one of two tiny houses behindbthe main home. I Ubered in and out. Not walkable to food etc.

Cozy Getaway

This cozy tiny home, is really a cozy tiny home. The bathroom was fairly small, but still able to shower. The space was very clean and updated and included some basic necessities from the owner, which was nice! For two adults and a dog, it was a bit cramped but for the price it was a nice stay! The location is nice, we felt safe and there was a lot of stuff located close by. Owner was nice and responsive. Would recommend for a cozy stay on your next vacay!

Everything was fantastic! Stephen is a great host and answered all my questions. It was a perfect tiny house for me and my dog for a quick visit with family!

Great location

When they said tiny house, that was very correct. The gate had done issues, and since we arrived after dark it was interesting. Two towels and one wash cloth was novel. V remote was missing. Fair price, but rather unique.Very clean.
