"We didn't not use the pool. The room was clean and just like the pictures. We couldn't find the remote for one of the TVs and we contacted the owner and even though we told her that it was ok because we were leaving the next day she went out of her way to make sure that she got us that remote in a timely matter. All and all I enjoy the property and especially the walking trail that was across the street from our room. When we come hopefully we can get the same room. "

"This is a 1 of a kind facility. It is not a high priced luxury rated hotel, but it feels like one. The front desk staff is outstanding. Not a question asked they didn't know the answer. If you need anything, ASK. The overall appearance of the unit speaks volumes for itself. It was remodeled approx. 2 1/2 years ago. It has a home feeling . Beds are extremely comfortable, Showers are great, hot, and clean. We had a walk in shower. Not sure if available in all rooms, but very nice. The shower heads actually do no spray all over the walls, they are well maintained. Just off the parkway, easy in and out, restaurants close to walk to. QUIET. Enjoyed the HOT breakfast each morning. Coffee was good. plenty of seating. Well stocked all during breakfast hours. The pricing is my go to, and with the Walden, you will be very surprised at the hotel. They have a hot tub and pool inside and out. Hot tubs are HOT, and the pool was a comfortable temperature, After the hot tub, cool off , but not like the rest of the chains. We have not been able to get in most pools due to water being winterized, cold! This pool was amazing in its temperature. Just try it once. If and when we go back to Pigeon Forge, we WILL be staying there! ENJOY!"

"I would definitely stay there again. It was so nice having a condo with kitchen, living and dining area. I hate being squished into one hotel room or having to be spread out over multiple rooms. My grandson liked having the options of the arcade, lazy river or in the indoor pool. It was nice and quiet around the resort with the golf course behind it but yet it only took minutes to get to anywhere we needed to go. If you have a big group, I will definitely stay there again."
