The house was just perfect. The property is close to everything that you need such as grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. We were there for a specific event so didn't get to do much touring but would definitely stay there again when back in the area! The property was clean and it was so nice to move into a place that had all of the necessities (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper, a few coffee pods, a few coffee filters, etc.) until such time we got to shop. Loved that the linen was supplied AND the washer and dryer so convenient! And not a lot of rules in terms of checking out--it was so easy. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!

The house was very nice and clean. Heat neighborhood. Although I picked this location for the pool and jacuzzi and we didn't have any access during our entire stay. It was very disappointing.

The only reason we chose to rent this place was because it had pool access. The pool key didn’t work. The host told us he was aware of that from previous renters and was working on it but in the meantime we could use another pool. He gave us the wrong directions and when we finally found the other pool we couldn’t access that one either. He only offered partial reimbursement AFTER we asked for compensation for spending a great deal of time trying to take our grandkids for a swim. We waited 7 business days, still no reimbursement. We then contacted him 2-3 times and he has not responded at all. We do a lot of VRBO renting and this is one of the worst experiences by far.
