Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Blue Cherry Cottage is a lovely three-bedroom traditional semi-detached house built in 1938 with period features and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Set within a pleasant residential area close to all amenities the property has been fully refurbished with new eco heating and improved in early 2025. With exceptional speed fibre broadband.
The attention to detail is evident throughout, on the ground floor there is a cosy living room with quality furnishing and a gas fire and Smart TV, perfect for those chillier evenings. Set overlooking the south facing rear garden the kitchen/dining room with quality appliances and tableware offers plenty of space to gather for a family meal after a day exploring.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a king, a twin and a single all adorned with quality linen and a family bathroom.

Trains from Penrith railway station reach Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London with good taxi services from the station (or fifteen-minute walk). You are only minutes from the centre of town and all amenities including Penrith Leisure Centre, major supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants, ideal if you fancy a night off from cooking. Blue Cherry Cottage is a truly modest house in a perfect position for families, walkers, anglers, Wainwright “baggers”, cyclists or chillers looking for a pleasant break away from home.
