Brand lives up to its name

The brand lives up to its name. The service staff were nothing but courteous and responsive. The room was clean and bright.

Is a good service hotel. Worth the pending. Only set back is don’t have a swimming pool

Centrally located

You can not go wrongwith the location of the property. Very near the big shopping places. Breakfast comes with each room, too!

We had afternoo flight and arrived in hotel around 18:30pm, we requested to prepare breakfast box for next morning but reception said not able to arrange as the cut-off time to make such request was 15:00. We totally not able to understand why hotel defined such early cut-off time which is non customer friendly.

Never disappoint us since our first stay

Clean room and great staffs. Few mins walk to the BTS station. Near to MBK which has great variety of food and shops. There is MacDonald at the ground level of the hotel which enable hotel customers to dine by midnight.
