East End 3/1 Beachy Bungalow Sleeps 8+, Walk to #12 Beach Access

Great Beachy Bungalow that is budget friendly and sleeps up to 8 (Not suitable for children under 12 due to multi-level/steps and no way to gate them off)
This well stocked Beach Bungalow is a private one level house. The Beachy Bungalow offers all the comforts of home near the beautiful white sands of the Gulf. With a quick 2 minute drive or a leisurely 9 minute stroll to the sand and surf. Our public beach accesses are #11 & #12 and are in a predominantly residential single family home area so there's plenty of room to social distance. Min age to rent is 25.

The Beachy Bungalow features beautiful tile flooring throughout, modern beachy décor, and a bright, spacious floor plan. Appliances include washing machine, dryer, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave oven, toaster, blender, Keurig, and traditional coffee maker, and even a panini maker! We hope that you’ll find everything you need (and probably more!). And we have made sure the cabinets are filled with pots, pans, dishes, glass ware, utensils, etc. All Linens for the Bath & Bed are included (Note: Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.) We also provide a starter of paper products and soaps

The living room has a television with Amazon FireTVstick and a DVD player. Free Fiber Wi-Fi makes life easy! The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

The Beachy Bungalow has an owners bedroom with a King which can be separated into 2 Twins, the second bedroom has a Full/Double bed for 2, the third bedroom has a Twin bed and the Fourth Bonus Room has a Twin Bed. There is ONE full bathroom, this Beachy Bungalow home sleeps 8+ guests comfortably. (1 king, 1double, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa). You will enjoy the comfort of cold central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom. All Bath & Bed linens as well as starter paper products and soaps are provided. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.

Don’t worry about laundry…we’ve got you covered! Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer during your stay. All bed linens and bath towels are provided; however, you will need to bring your own Beach Towels. (House towels may not be used for beach towels) There is also an outdoor shower near the outside laundry area to rinse off after a day in the surf and sand.

Parking won't be an issue at the Beachy Bungalow - there is convenient off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles, making parking a breeze.
