This Townhouse for up to 6 guests is located in an old fishing village called 'Es Molinar' in Palma de Mallorca.







The space


This townhouse has a 110 ㎡ measuring area and is just 200m from the beach. It’s the perfect holiday residence to enjoy tranquil days in a small seaside town.



The property consists of two well-distributed levels and a 70㎡ -roof terrace. It has 3 bedrooms. The main dormitory comes with a double bed , anensuite bathroomand a shower. The second one also comes a double bed and a shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds.



Every detail was designed with comfort in mind and most amenities are available: TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, and a baby cot upon request.



We are proud to provide sustainable and comfortable properties. The house has centralised heating and cooling, we ask of you to be responsible with energy consumption.

Home to Palma’s most beautiful windmills, Es Molinar is a continuation of Es Portixol. It used to be occupied by fishermen and farmers and even though many have left and some have moved in, their marine footprint is still notable throughout the area.

Es Molinar offers multiple activities and sports events all year. Enjoy swimming, bicycling, running, walking, or rollerblading.

This site is also home to many popular restaurants, boutique shops and café and the area is accessible by public transportation.

Nice apartment in good location close to the beach and restaurants
The apartment was clean and check-in was easy. The management company was friendly to deal with. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment had standard Ikea furniture and the roof deck was a bit spare with no sun umbrella or awning to shield the sun. The apartment was also short on some obvious kitchen equipment and things weren't put away well. I don't recommend staying here if you have a young child that likes to get his/her hands on everything, as all the plates and glasses are at ground level with only a curtain covering them.

Die Lage ist gut ,man ist schnell am Wasser oder in den Strassen zu einigen guten Tapasbars. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ausreichend.Der Service ist echt gut und nett. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Appartement très sympathique à 100m de la plage
Accueil chaleureux par un Propriétaire très disponible, nous avons eu un soucis avec la climatisation et le soir le problème était résolu. Appartement propre, fonctionnel et à 100 mètres d’une plage peu fréquentée par les touristes. Commerces (supermarché) à environs 10min à pied et bus tous les 15minutes vers le centre au bout de la rue. Seul point négatif, le quartier est assez loin du centre de Palma si vous souhaitez y faire beaucoup d’activités. Point positif de la localisation, peu de touristes dans les environs. Restaurants et bars très sympathiques et bons à 10min à pied le long de la digue.

Gut ausgestattetes und großzügiges Appartement in schöner Lage
Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist fußläufig vom Strand/Promenade entfernt, sehr gut und neuwertig ausgestattet. Neben Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen u. a. mit Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, TV, alles was man an Geschirr, Besteck, etc. für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Nähe finden sich zudem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars/Restaurant. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausverwaltung.
